Whenever I had any issues,they helped take care of the problem quickly. The only issue I had was with light coming i from the sides, so they told me about the velcro mounts for the sides to help fix the issue.

These curtains have been a game changer. Mom has thoroughly liked them since I put them up. Not only has it blocked out the light so she can sleep, it has also helped with keeping the heat out too. We weren't able to use the window clips but the velcro made it very easy to adapt to installing on the wall to block the entire window.

I absolutely love my Sleepout curtains!They do an amazing job at blacking out the room, which has been a game changer for getting my little one to sleep, especially when we’re traveling. The best part is how convenient they are. The locking suction cups make them so easy to put up and take down without damaging anything.

They’re lightweight, come with a travel bag, and are so convenient to bring along. I especially love knowing I can turn almost any room into a dark sleep space in just a few minutes. Such a great essential for families with little ones.

I had an issue with the XL curtain. The middle sagged and required a third suction cup. I alerted Sleepout Curtains and they corrected very quickly.

Great customer service- reached out in regards to a faulty suction cup. They just asked for more details, and sent a replacement right away. We love the Sleepout curtain, it's been a lifesaver on all of our trips for the kids.
