Return mix up handled well
I bought two items from this shop. I didn’t find the sleep mask I bought comfortable so I sent it back for return. I was accidentally refunded for both items and was allowed to keep the one I didn’t return as a gift. It was lovely gesture.

Overall a great experience, web site was easy to navigate. Product was good value, for money along with first time discount code. I bought a shower cap and matching wash bag for a friends birthday gift.

I have always loved SNUG's products - the eye masks have a silky smooth material so are really comfy to sleep in. Recently I received 3 items as a Christmas gift, the palm themed hair wrap, shower cap and padded sleep mask - I love how quirky the patterns are. I had to get a replacement for the hair wrap just this week and SMUG handled it brilliantly - quick response and are sending me another out straight away! Great customer Service, thank you!

Unfortunately, my original order never arrived, I think it got lost in transit as the company confirmed they dispatched the order. Smug reached out to me directly and put it right and sent me a new order to replace the original one.

These are the only eye masks that work, very good fit round the eyes, and good material, Have brought many others from other suppliers but these are the best.
