After having an appauling experience with a well known high street sofa and bed retailer and having to return a very expensive poorly made bed.
I ordered some free swatches online from a couple of smaller retailers. I choose my bed style and fabric then called to ask a few questions. This is where the great customer service started. I was given some great advice and decided to go ahead and order from SleepStyle. The bed was made and ready to be delivered in less than 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, the base was cosmetically damaged on delivery. However, the customer service was second to none! I emailed photos at around 8:30 p.m., just after delivery, and within 15 minutes , I unexpectedly received a call from the owner.
Ashley couldn't have done anymore to resolve the issue and put my mind at rest immediately I was offered the use of the bed base whilst a new one was made for me. Which was great as I only had a mattress on the floor.

The new bed base has just been delivered (it took just over a week) by a fantastic guy who helped put the bed together.
I am extremely happy with my new bed and over the moon with the service I have received. I will definitely be recommending this company and using them again!!

The headboard is fabulous, absolutely stunning. And half the price of other companies I was researching eg Loaf. I really cannot praise enough the quality of the headboard and the efficiency of Sleepstye.

Sleepstyle were brilliant. Wanted to order a footstool ahead of Christmas and communications with Ashley were excellent. I was really pushing Christmas delivery times having left my order a little late but the team delivered the item with plenty of time to spare. I absolutely love the product, by far the best footstool for the price on the market. Very happy with my purchase and experience

Fabulous product and fantastic customer service. I’ve seen many smaller, more inferior footstools/coffee tables for twice the price! I genuinely cannot recommend enough!

I got a Chesterfield floor standing headboard, fantasy velvet glacier fabric. I got a swatch of the fabric before ordering which I would advise. It was a little expensive but honestly worth it. I had no trouble with customer service and they delivered within 3 weeks.

From the moment I chose my bedframe until delivery the communication was excellent. When my bed arrived the 2 delivery drivers installed the bed & it its fabulous . Better than the pictures on line & I'm very happy with it & woukd recommend the company without any hesitation.Very satisfied.

I cannot rate this company enough. My sister recommended them and she has had a great experience too! My footstool/coffee table is beautiful and absolutely perfect. We had been searching for 10 months until we were recommended to take a look at this company! Amazing product and amazing customer support. Don’t hesitate!

The product is of excellent quality looks more expensive than it is so I would highly recommend there products and the customer service was exceptional I had a minor issue which was caused out of the company's control but was sorted by Ashley immediately and which in my opion its whats makes a good company is the service you receive durring and after sales as there can sometimes be an issue but sleepstyle sorted things immediately so I'd definitely buy again

Samples arrived quickly. The price was great for the high quality headboard. The style is so different from anything else available online. It’s brilliant quality! Arrived carefully packaged. Will buy again from this company!

Very happy with our footstool it’s stunning

Easiest 5 star ever. We ordered swatches from 3 bed companies before ordering and Sleepstyle were the only brand who provided the range of coloured swatches in a timely manner where each was easilly identifiable to help us make an informed choice. Once ordered utilising the discount voucher they included with the swatches we received an email 5 days later from the couriers letting us know the expected steps once they were in receipt of the product, a day later we received a delivery date requesting our acceptance or decline. The day before delivery we received our 4 hour timeslot, the day of delivery we received a call and then they arrived, 20 minutes later the bed was installed. The bed itself looks fantastic, we are so happy, the colour, quality, the depth and strength of the drawers.
In all we waited just 12 days for a bespoke piece or furniture and the communication throughout was second to none, so many companies could learn a thing or 2 from this.

I would highly recommend this company, from start to finish I experienced fantastic customer service & the bed itself is beautiful, looks far more expensive than it was. The delivery day/time was well communicated & the bed was assembled by the delivery men very quickly. I would definitely purchase another bed from this company.

An amazing company, I ordered my crushed velvet footstool and the very next day got a message to say that fabric was out of stock. I was offered alternative options but I was so dissapointed. Then a little while later Ashley contacted me again and told me they had located some of my fabric, just enough to make up my footstool! She went above and beyond to get just what I was looking for, not many companies would do that nowadays. I am over the moon with my new footstool, it arrived quickly and well packaged. I will definitely buy again.

I can not recommend this company enough. The service is fantastic and so are the products. Ashley who has dealt with my enquiry from start to finish has been superb. Great customer experience.

I was a bit worried about purchasing a bed online and not being able to visit the showroom.

I found their advert on instagram and was compelled to purchase the one on the main photo. I messaged the team via chat and they helped with the selection.

I found the delivery a bit slow but I guess they had to manufacture the bed as it was bespoke so I don’t mind the wait.

I messaged them to get an ETA and they always responded very quickly.

Delivery team was really good and helpful. Very professional.
