I liked that I could do this testing at home, sleeping in my own bed. A little more turnover time would have been welcome. It was a holiday weekend when I was trying to return the device, I had company, and the post office was closed Sunday and Monday, Columbus Day. The "you're late and you might incur a late fee"messages I received before the device arrived back to your facility made me feel uncomfortable, because I was doing the best I could, considering the timing. Reminders are fine, but the messages seemed almost threatening.

People were very nice and helpful. The one drawback that I have is the way payments are set up. They charge for the test and then charge for the results. It would make more sense to charge all at once. Who's going to go thru the test, and not want the results?

Kit should include a simple instructions card instead of having to print yourself or scanning a QR code. A better/stronger clip for the pulse oximeter cord. It slips off because it doesn't have a good grip on it. The machine showed red lights several times before I went to sleep the first night. I called customer service the next day, & they explained that could be normal for several reasons. There was no mention of this in the instructions. The second night was smoother due to being aware of the red light instances & familiarity with the equipment.

They've turned out to be one of the most professional and genuine companies I have ever worked with. We had our doubts and misunderstandings with the company due to the logistics of the process - not the quality of the testing or anything like that. The owner stepped in and really did listen and take into account our concerns and immediately resolved the issues we were having. Can't ask for more.

They shipped it right to my door and I just dropped it in a box with the shipping label they gave me and I sent it back. My dentist got my results back with the diagnosis and we were able to move forward with my treatment. Now I'm sleeping better than ever and I have to give some of that credit to sleeptest.com.
