Great platform and friendly team

As a business user, I've found Smart Money People's platform to be simple, intuitive, and easy to work with. Their insight team are always on-hand and great to deal with - friendly, supportive, and genuinely interested in helping us get the most out of the feedback. What I also like is that, as a consumer too, I find their content good and reviews useful for searching new products.

An utter shambles of incompetence

What an absolute shambles this organisation is. Each year I get emails from companies asking if I would like to vote for them, in the annual Banking awards scheme - which is overseen by Smart Money People. And, actually, there is a company I'd like to vote for in the Banking awards scheme, as it offers an absolutely excellent service.

However, every year, when I try to logon to Smart Money People to place my vote, it is well nigh impossible to login to their platform to vote. Hours of my time, to simply try and place a vote. What an utter shambles Smart Money People is - unlike some of the Banks, who are beholden to this awful organisation, that would like recognition from happy customers.

Smart Money People really have no business running these awards - as they actively obstruct people from being able to vote. I wonder if there is a vested interest there, on the part of Smart Money People.

Owned by building society

This website is owned by family building society - company house confirms this - but they don’t say this on the website.

Hi Abdul, Thanks for your feedback. Family Building Society are the main shareholder in the business but they're not involved in the running of the business. Smart Money People is run by a completely independent management team.

Scam

Agree scammers who mischievously muscle in on companies they think you deal with.
I was contacted for my reason for making my review and I duly responded with my reason and curiously i was told the email address was not recognised...all very odd.
