Smartseal UK Ltd Opiniones

I was interested in the technical details of the company's Premium Concrete Sealer. Kieran was very helpful in answering my specific questions during our live chat and forwarded a technical data sheet which answered my questions in full.

I emailed Smartseal with a query yesterday Sunday and Leanne from Smartseal rang me this morning Monday which was nice as I didn’t expect a phone call just an email. I found Leanne to be very pleasant, friendly and professional and she even took the time to have a little chat with me which was lovely. I have used this company several times and it is excellent service and delivery and the staff are fantastic. I highly recommend this company. Thank you to all at Smartseal.

Great product. Easy to apply and goes on great.

Ricky was very helpful and professional

I bought roof coating from Smartseal and I’m very happy with the product. Good quality, easy to apply and gives a very nice finish. Great service as well. I would definitely recommend Smartseal.

Delivered quickly as always and the website so easy to use

I've just spoken to SmartSeal's customer service adviser (Ricky Kirwan) about sealing a new paved limestone driveway. Having left a message he called back promptly and not only was he hugely knowledgeable, but also advised on material preparation and timescales. Great service all round.

Excellent understandable and quick feedback from George following a few queries on what to purchase after sharing photos of my imprinted concrete drive.

Many thanks George!!

Kieran was knowledgable about the products and helpful in getting my products delivered on the correct day.

Great service and Reece was extremely helpful will definitely use again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

To be honest I was a bit reluctant to seal my black limestone patio, as our building work was done two stages which meant that the slabs where part sun bleached. But after putting on the two coats of sealer you could not notice the difference. The process of painting the patio was extremely easy to apply, I didn’t use a roller but a three inch good quality brush to make sure I got in every crevice. Very impressive sealer.

Recommended & Trusted product
Initially I ordered the wrong size & Reece was most helpful, he reordered the correct size for me & gave me a refund for the returned item.

Ricky was pleasant, knowledgeable and keen to help.
Great service.

Delivered very quickly. The delivery driver pointed out that one of the containers was damaged in transit. Another was ordered and delivered automatically. The patio looks great!

Ricky called me back after I asked a question on the website. Was super helpful, and told me exactly what I needed.

First time I’ve spoken to smartseal direct as I ordered originally from another supplier selling their product, I highly recommend dealing from them direct as they are very accommodating with their knowledge of the different products they sell, spoke to a chap called Reece he was very helpful and friendly which made you feel at ease

Purchased the block magic - black patio paint and sealer. Followed the application instructions including a week of preparation. Initial results were very good, but after a few weeks the paint and sealer have worn substantially to the point of the product / paint will have to be applied all over again. Did contact the smart seal team to review and never received a response. Review this product carefully as it may not be fit for purpose.

Quick delivery and excellent product. My stone path has come up lovely

Thank you smart seal. Bought some more textured ivory glow paint for painting the rendering where I filled cracks and this stuff is the best 👍🏻 just got to do the back of the house now.

Another excellent product from smart seal. Just started to use the masonry paint nice and thick easy to apply. Highly recommended company and the couriers are excellent also, always on time and very respectful.
