Smartseal UK Ltd Opiniones

Speedy delivery, shortly after ordering.
Delivery driver was polite and respectful.
I haven't used the product yet but very pleased with the customer service.

Had a mixup on a delivery but was sorted quickly and efficiently by George Mizon.

Best service we had

Block Paver Sealer Matt 24L for my large driveway. Ordered 1 tin instead of 2 tins by mistake with a discount. After i used 1 tin I tried to order the second tin but the discount had expired. Called Customer Service and Christie was excellent. She ordered the second tin and also gave me the discount rate, organised tracking info and it arrived 2 days later. The driveway is 14 years old and this is the 3rd time i have sealed it over this period. After cleaning and Sealing with Smart Seal it has come up like new again. Very pleased and my neighbours have been full of compliments.

Most helpful, kind & friendly Leanne & Ricky, we're an amazing support to me in my time of need. I think it's absolutely amazing, when having a technical issue, they are just a call away. They are a great team & took no time at all in assisting me, i have great confidence in Smart seal products & their technical support.

Thankyou again 😄

Order process and delivery was very good. Product was labelled correctly and packaged.

Super efficient ordering, super fast postage. The product is excellent, I’m very happy

I ordered some sealer for my patterned concrete drive but needed some help with how much to order etc. Reese helped me through all the questions and tips with how to lay it. It was delivered on time with no problems. I would recommend Smartseal to anyone thinking about carrying out any similar work.

Excellent customer service, product delivered on time & customer very happy with the finish

I am new to this product and asked Reece a lot of questions regarding the application of the concrete sealer, the amount needed, along with other products, such as anti-slip powder, etc. He was extremely well informed, very professional, and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Reece is an asset to the company.

Excellent service and advice from Ricky.
Have used smartseal for many years and always produces the best results

Just finished my re-sealing, had a tiny problem, not requiring an urgent solution, posted a couple of photos and a query on the support email, hadn’t even made it as far as the kitchen for a cup of tea…phone rings, “hi there it’s Ricky from Smartseal” query sorted in 60 seconds and as I say it probably wasn’t that urgent! What can I say, Smartseal, great products, easy to use with loads of videos, hints and tips on the website. As regards customer service? Has to be “Simply the Best” (cue the music, thanks Ricky for your help.

Great product, my drive looks like new.
Communication from Smartseal was excellent and my items arrived very quickly. First class service.
