It was a very emotionality difficult time when Mum passed so it was really helpful to have professionals like SM Funerals managing prayers and the burial.

My mother passed away as a result of injuries sustained in a fire. Both Dr Sameer and his son Yazan were very supportive and responsive in making all the arrangements for her funeral and burial and also trying to contact the coroners office to get an interim death certificate. On the day of the burial Yazan was there throughout offering to help and guiding us every step of the way. Many many thanks to both of them for making smooth what is inevitably a difficult occasion for any family.

This company is very reliable and beyond helpful. From the first meeting to the last meeting everything happened on time and without any delay or stress. I can’t explain how grateful I am as they made my father’s will come true. I was able send his coffin back home (Middle East) within days and all the paperwork and follow ups happened by the company. I only needed to hand his ID and passport. The Director is very sympathetic and the most amazing and helpful human I have ever dealt with. He allowed me to say goodbye to my father when I wanted and was very accommodating—I am very grateful for the rest of my life.
