I have been very pleased with Smith Thompson. I never leave home worried about someone breaking in to my home. Because I know this company will contact me immediately. We set off the alarm sometimes by mistake and they are calling one of our phone numbers to make sure that everything is ok asap. Their rates are cheap and I just love them.

We have really enjoyed our experience with Smith Thompson so far. The initial installation was very quick, and the service person that came to our house was very nice, punctual, and patient. He explained everything we needed to know about the alarm. The couple times that we accidentally triggered the alarms, Smith Thompson called within a minute to ask for our passcode etc.! Always so on top of things, and we have been more than satisfied!
