Don't buy any glass items from them. They're cheap and break easy. They won't do anything about. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money. Go to Tako glass. It broke after a few weeks. Not 2 months. Bush league company.

We are happy to replace anything that is received damaged. However, in this case it was regarding glass purchased August 27th and we were contacted regarding an issue on October 19th. That is correct. You provided an image of a heavily used bong with a crack in it. If items arrive damaged, we are happy to replace them within 7 days of delivery. I didn't get what I ordered
I didn't get what I ordered. I was supposed to get a 10 pack of gummies 25mg a piece but got a 2 pack of 100mg a piece. Cost is different as well what was sent is cheaper than what I paid for.
