Received Wrong Item
I was sent the wrong item and I have requested a refund but not gotten any reply. I plan to give it a short time longer before I contact my credit card company.

Great site
Everything I've ordered here has gotten to me fine within about a week each time. All of the products have been great except for two recent ones, but other than those I love the options and prices here.

Product is VERY poorly made and no refund.
The product I received was VERY poorly made with a rough, uneven acrylic top and bottom on the tube. Less of an issue but indicative of the poor quality control is the giant logo sticker was crooked. Then I was further aggravated when the company said they would not provide a refund. I had used the item once before noticing the quality issue so it could not be returned.

Dome dime doom wrecker…
Bought lots of goodies so far this review is only for the brand Dome Wrecker base on personal opinion only. Good value, weak potency, and limited reliability on disposal devices. Most of the time it doesn’t work and that means one less star at every disappointment.

i ordered a torch cart off there site and it came in a torch box but the cart was not the same displayed on the box and the packaging was wrong 😑

We want to be very clear that we do not sell counterfeit or “fake” products. All Torch items we carry are sourced directly from the brand or through authorized distribution channels.
Torch periodically updates packaging and hardware designs, and certain products may differ slightly from older box images or promotional materials. For this specific item, the cartridge style was updated by the manufacturer, which can result in differences between the packaging image and the unit inside.
If you have any concerns about authenticity, Torch can confirm that we are an authorized reseller. We are also happy to review photos of the product and packaging to help clarify any questions.
