If I can give a zero star I would. Please DO NOT BUY any of their products. They are scammers and will sell you bad products and steal your money.
I only opened the box to see what I ordered. It didn't look as I saw in the picture. I didn't get the promotional items included in my order. It smells weird. I requested a refund since it's not what I ordered. They kept trying to coerce me into keeping it.
Then finally after the 5-7 response back and forth, they said because you opened the box, they can't approve my refund. It has to be sealed. How would you know what got delivered from what was ordered?

They are thieves and scammers. PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

Received a defective item, which over heated within the first 3 minutes. Smoking my kitchen. Out of concern the item went straight into the trash. I would not recommend this product. Buttons did not work even with their most tiniest print instruction flyer. You will find a better way to spend those $100.00. Customer service requires proof and item back in order to make things right. Be sure you dont get scam.

Same as the other two reviews. This is not made with food grade metal and smelled like chemicals.

I am not sure how this product has 3 stars when there’s only a single one star review. If you want peace, just move on and purchase a similar product on amazon that way if you are not satisfied, you can return as return policies go. The product was not used at all, still in its original box, when I requested for return information, the support team responded saying the item no longer qualifies for return nor refund because the item has been used. First of all, how do you that the item had been used if I sent a picture of the item in its box as requested.
The quality is very poor and I stated the reason for my return was due to its poor quality. All it took was 2 seconds of me looking at the product (unbranded btw, because it is a very generic brand and this is something you can probably just purchase on amazon just search nut milk processor)
Anyways, I dont usually post reviews but sick and tired of fraudulent businesses. Upon visiting their website again, it is all AI generated info and reviews, you cannot even go on there to leave your own reviews or open a review tab. Just red flags all across.

Snagza’s refund policy requires returns within 30 days of the order date, but it is not disclosed that the product ships from China. Shipping took nearly the entire 30-day window, making it impossible to cancel or return the item once it arrived.

The product quality is poor and instructions are unclear. The button labels began peeling off after the first use, and the device is already displaying an error message and no longer functions. As a result, I am stuck with a defective product that cannot be returned.

The lack of transparency regarding international shipping and the restrictive refund policy create an unfair consumer experience. I would not recommend this company.
