Ordering, delivery, assembly and riding the e bike. If I had questions, the response time was reasonable.

Came very fast, easy to put together and runs good

The bike came scratched and with a bent seat to the point where I can’t sit on it. They didn’t even reply to my email.

Awesome bike. Rides great on pavement roads have not tried in the mountains yet. The only thing for me was the seat was not big enough. So I'm replacing with a larger one which is no problem just my liking on a bike. Customer service is A***** plus questions answered within hour via email. Thank you

My Snapcycle R1 Pro Step Thru e-bike overall is amazing! For an e-bike with fat tires it rides very smoothly on the sidewalk and roads. I haven’t tried the beach yet. It is a very powerful e-bike, I did get it up to 20mph. After some adjustments we got the brakes on the front working. I got the purple color which is so beautiful. My husband said couldn’t you get another color. I laughed our daughter said get what you want. So I did!
Customer service regarding the e-bike itself was also amazing. We had a few minor issues with assembling the e-bike and customer service helped us out in a timely manner.
My only negative comment is I literally just got my e-bike and they had a promotion for a free leather vintage bag. Also my birthday was in a few days and let’s just say it, paid a decent amount for the e-bike. I had emailed them regarding if there was a possibility of getting the bag…No Response. Oh well, it would have been a nice birthday present for me.

Easy to assemble, received on time.

This is the third bike we’ve purchased. Three kids and three bikes. We’ve waited for this style for several months to come back in stock.

The R1 Pro ST is an all round great bike for the pricepoint with plenty of instant assist power when needed. The integrated display and tail lights add miles to this bike's stylishness. The display could use an odometer/ trip meter and I'm having issues getting the app to link to the ebike via BT. There's no rear shock absorption so the bum is a bit sore after a long ride, so I'll likely switch out the stock seat. But other than that, some brake squealing and minor chain noise, I love this bike! I may just get a second one to share in the fun. I'm still waiting to hear back from Snapcycle about purchasing a second battery to increase range.

Like the bike hate the customer service. I have less than 100 miles on my bike and don't use it off-road or rag on it but noticed the tire separating from the bead while washing it recently. Emailed them and they said not covered by warranty. I explained the tire has no visible wear and appears to be a defect and can they help me with the tire manufacturer and if not how do I contact them. Their response

Look for the name of the tire manufactures on the sidewall of the tire. Do a search on Google to get the customer service contact information for that specific tire manufacturer."

Gee thanks Snapcycle. I purchased a bike from you as it's a local company to me here in SoCal that appeared to provide great customer support but the new bike I need to buy for my wife will not be your brand and I will never ever do business with you again and will scratch the branding off my bike so you don't even get the free advertising when I ride my bike. Should be called "Jokecycle"

Shipment was quick.But 1st bike arrived damaged
The 2nd bike arrived with missing parts.
But customer care quickly corrected both issues

I have to say, I am very impressed by my purchase and the service I received. I put my order in for a bike and an accessory. I ordered the wrong color saddle bag. They switched it that night before it shipped and then someone called me the next day to verify that my order was correct because I put a service ticket in. Not to mention that the bike I ordered is fantastic. Everything I hoped it would be. Hard to beat that.

Love this bike loved it so much bought two more so when company comes over we can go on a ride …all tho the first one when I put it together the back tire is rubbing contacted support still waiting to hear from them hopefully they treat me right but overall the bike is A1

Love love love the Pegasus Lite even though it’s not so lightweight.

Smooth ordering and fast shipping

Amazon fulfilled this order but snapcycle charged me $5 more than what I would have been charged if I had gone through Amazon in the first place. This is deceptive marketing!

My Son recieved his Eagle. He set it up easily enough. But was confused on why his pedal motion would slip. Had to download directions to determine he needed to set the twist throttle setting. Also not understanding. Changing e bike level from pedal only to twist throttle only
