Travel adaptor 4 in 1 stopped working after three months. Quick response from customer service replacement on its way thanks to Nico

Have had a couple of the Snap batteries ( all of which have been ok ) Had an issue with our last one and got in touch to see if they could help us out and they very quickly responded asking for us to send more visual info on battery, then came back to us saying that they’d replace with a new battery…. Great service … Thanks very much for such an easy experience with replacing old for new !!

Charging issues fixed! Bought the latest 4 in 1 charging dock. Seemed like the best solution for a digital nomad. Within a week the battery pack did not charge the phone when docked. A couple of emails were exchanged and a replacement is now on its way. No mucking around and quick response. Loyal customer. Gail was exceptional on the customer service front.

Repeat customer here 🙋🏻‍♀️. I have two of the 5in1 charging station and I take it with me when travelling. It’s so convenient with being an apple girly as I have too many things to charge. It comes with a 65W adapter so I also charge my switch 2 with it and it charges quickly. Shipping is quick as I live in Australia where it is based. Tracking is provided and links to your Shop account too.

Customer service is spectacular. Quick to respond and accommodating. I just had a fault with one of the chargers and reached out and thankfully it was covered by warranty. 😋 I’m very happy with the items I’ve purchased so far and love the entire team at SnapWireless. You can genuinely tell they value their buyers and their line of products.

I thought the concept of this device was great for traveling. So I bought one, I paid $177.. however the unit itself doesn’t even do a full charge on my iPhone, given the weight, size and cost you would think it would give me multiple devices to charge. My phone was down to 1%, my snap wireless charger was at 90% and it tapped out when my iPhone was 54% charged. My nimble at half the cost and size can do a full iPhone charge plus charge my Iwatch for a week. Waste of money, not worth taking on my trip if it can’t even do half an iPhone charge. I won’t ever buy a product from them again, noticed they had turned their facebook reviews off so wonder how many people have the same issue.

Absolutely super efficient with the warranty process... showed a video, explained the issue.. no questions asked and a new one is on the way in less than a few days of converstations... so impressed.. thankyou

I contacted SnapWireless as I had lost one of my adapters. I dealt with Gail, and she was exceptional from start to finish. Her communication was prompt and clear, and nothing was too much trouble. Replacement adapter on its way!

Well I have a problem with my luggage tracker the customer service is excellent so far? I just sent the details and already I have someone on to it. Nothing is fixed yet and it’s within the two years but do far so good

My PowerPack Universal stopped working a little over two years after I bought it, so it was already outside the warranty period. Even so, a big call out to Gail, who went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly responsive, understanding, and genuinely committed to sorting things out. She looked into everything thoroughly and arranged a replacement as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to get this level of care once a product is out of warranty.

Very impressed — and very grateful. Highly recommended.

Superb power adaptor and power bank
I used this on a recent US trip. The detachable battery makes it extra useful. Power bank when I went out and power back at the apartment to charge items I left behind. The interchangeable plugs makes it ideal for international travel. Now it lives in my bedroom and the power bank comes with me day-to-day
