Bought Australian to support a local brand. Regret it.

Two products purchased — both failed well within what any reasonable person would expect from a premium charger:
•Universal Charging Kit: stopped working after just 18 months. On top of that, the design itself was frustrating for travel — carrying multiple attachments separately is clunky, and if you forgot the piece you needed, the whole kit was useless. Honestly, you're better off with a proper travel adapter that has all the necessary sockets built directly into the device rather than relying on a collection of loose attachments.
The attachment system sounds clever in theory; in practice it's a liability.

•PowerPack Universal Pro: overheated after 12 months and melted the USB cables — a safety concern, not just an inconvenience

Was I unlucky to have 2 failed products?

When I contacted customer support hoping for a fair resolution, I was offered a small discount to repurchase the same products, which I felt was insulting. For the price point SnapWireless charges, that response simply isn't good enough.

For comparison, I have an Anker portable charger I've been using for over 3 years without a single issue. And it was cheaper than the SnapWireless charger. That's the standard premium-priced charging products should be held to.

I genuinely wanted to back a local Aussie brand — and I still do — but quality and customer care have to match the price tag. Sadly, neither did here.

Haven't gone on our overseas trip yet, but I know this little gem is going to be useful. Will take it to NZ in April and Japan in August. Love that it has multiple built in USB-C. It's super portable and I love the colour!

Looks great, love the colour. instructions were clear and simple to understand. Have yet to use it as I have purchased for our upcoming overseas trip.

Can fully charge my phone (iPhone 17) and is great for a night out or when I can’t be bothered to find a wire ahaha. The stand is also great for taking pictures and watching things 10/10 product well thought out

It works really well but slightly bulky , I’m sure with the next model it will be slimmer. Definitely would buy again!

From the moment I contacted Snap re a small problem with a cable on a Snap Universal 2 power point, as a company, they have been extremely polite, exceptionally professional and efficient, and beautifully courteous. Would recommend Snap anytime

A great multi-purpose product - perfect for travel as it's a travel adaptor and a powerbank in one. I love that I can leave it plugged in, in my hotel room, and just take the powerbank part out with me for the day.

By far the best on the market. My tracker tags and chargers were brilliant. Keeping me safe and all my devices fully charged on my recent trip to the F1 in Japan. Do your self a favour and don’t go past SnapWireless. You won’t be disappointed.

I bought this about 6 months ago and I absolutely love it. It charges quickly and is super compact. I use it almost everyday and use it to charge all my devices all at once. I haven't taken it on holidays yet but when I do I'm sure it will help me safely charge all my devices even with the country corresponding plugs that it comes with. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has multiple devices and needs something light and helpful to take around to charge on the go!

I had a very disappointing experience with Snap Wireless. My order was marked as delivered according to Australia Post, yet I never received the parcel.
I made several attempts to contact their support team but received no meaningful response. The only interaction available was through an automated chat assistant (“Sera”), which was unable to locate my order even after I provided the tracking number and my email address.
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that I have all the confirmation emails from Snap Wireless, Australia Post, and Shop verifying that the order was successfully placed and processed.
Overall, the lack of customer support and accountability has made this a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would expect a much higher standard of service, especially when dealing with missing orders.

I have bought over nine items and I am very satisfied with all. Luggage tags for android especially. Mag power banks, keyrings portable chargers. Chargers for use overseas.

Thoroughly recommend Snap Wireless. I use android, Samsung, not Apple so was pleased they created devices to suit android.

I purchased the Keychain Powerbank and I love it.
I keep it on my keychain with the car and home key because you just never know when someone’s phone is going to be low on battery and it has come in so handy especially how it has both lightning and the c cable. I highly recommend this little gadget you honestly don’t realise how often you will find yourself using it and it’s way better than those bulky powerbanks.

Bought six of these chargers as gifts for friends/family and everyone is faulty. The process to replace faulty items is made difficult by the supplier, making people give up and Snapwireless makes a profit off sub-par products. Do not buy!!!

Perfect for travelling home and abroad
This new charger / power bank design is great. Once charged just seperate the top charging part from the battery to save space and go out sightseeing for the day. The ability to charge multiple devices at once is great when you get home and plug it into to the PowerPoint for the next days adventures. The retractable charging cord is a great addition when charging and using the phone at the same time.
