Always well wrapped up so no leakages, the syrup made into slushie or milkshake is absolutely beautiful 10/10

Really like the snowshock no Glycerol syrup but unfortunately on my first order they sent out the wrong flavour. I did email to let them know but never heard back. Hopefully future orders will be correct.

I was pleasantly astonished by how tasty my meal was, and I am sure to order from here again soon.

Yet again fantastic service from Alan.
It was time to get the machine out again & Alan was great in advising on how best to ready the machine for the sun season. Had a few issues with leakage which Alan quickly diagnosed and sent out next day some seals and motor that was needed.

Alan @ Snowshock been brilliant past two days as my machine wasn’t freezing and he sent us new parts and also helped us to put it on via video call. Machine wasn’t freezing off since last year and now it’s working perfectly so thank you very much Alan.

Snow Shock is a fantastic company. Their unique slush flavor keeps customers coming back. I've been with them for 15 years across two stores. The slush is always top-notch. They provide helpful videos and phone support for machine issues. In 15 years, we've had just one late delivery, which was the courier's fault. I highly recommend Snow Shock.

Don't bother wasting your time and effort. Very rude employees and don't know what they are doing. Don't buy Snowshock products. There are better brands with better quality out there. You'll regret it.

Tasty slush and the coffee was superb, I thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing drink and the rich, flavorful coffee at this place.

Prompt delivery, good products only downside was I found the website rather annoying and time consuming to place the order. Kept going to the trolley after each item ordered, then had to navigate back to select the next item.

Always excellent customer service and high quality products. I purchased a refurb machine and it is excellent, syrups are great flavoured too. Would definitely recommend!
