The Plaxar Plasma Pen gave me amazing results. I used it on my upper and lower eyelids, jowls and under my chin. After I healed from the treatment, my skin was much tighter. The hoods on my eyelids are almost gone. I can't wait to use it again.

I have been teaching fibroblast for 2 years using the snow pen. I also use it on my clients and love it. I've recently got the new plaxar pen which has been amazing to use, affordable and powerful with outstanding results.

I absolutely love this pen, I use it on me and on my clients. it works great and does the Job. You can feel the skin tightening only few day after the treatment.

Firstly, I want to say that I did receive my money back. So the company have not tried to con me in anyway.

However, the quality of the plasma pens I received were very poor quality neither functioned anything like in the videos. I was sent a replacement after i complained about the first one. But the second had the same issues. Neither device regularly fired making them both impossible to use.

I was told i could be sent a third one but that this would be the last one and if it did not work I would not be entitled to a refund. I therefore took a refund as I had no faith that at the third pen would work.

I also had concerns about the quality of the training videos which offered contradictory advice (one saying that the needle should touch the skin another saying it shouldn't).

Why is this item being dispatched from China when it claimed to be from Canada

My shipping for the plaxar plasma pen was pretty delayed and I had to reach out to customer service twice after ordering. I was pleasantly surprised when I not only received an answer but also a refund of $20 for the delay. I was overall happy with the function of the pen although I have yet to try it on anything other than a cherry angioma. My issue is the device itself is a little cheap looking and the power button is extremely loose. It rocks back and forth when you touch it and it probably won’t last very long. I emailed customer service again and they asked me for a video which i sent. After two follow ups they responded stating that’s how it’s supposed to be which I doubt. I know it’s not the priciest one on the market, but for $350 I was hoping it would be a little better. Guess you get what you pay for.

I purchased the pen without high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have seen some improvement around my eye area as my lines are not as defined after using the pen. I hope to see continued improvement as I continue using this!

I am a 58 year old woman with great skin, with the exception of sebaceous hyperplasia on my forehead. I purchased the Snow Skin Plasma Pen to try to eradicate the 20-25 spots on my forehead that made my skin look bumpy & aged. I used the pen without numbing and at first I had red spots immediately after using the plasma pen. The next day the spots looked worse; they were brown and red. By day seven, however, all brown and red spots were gone and my skin looks smooth. Honestly, the results were exactly what I had hoped for. I'm happy that I bought the Snow Skin plasma pen and recommend it to anyone with sebaceous hyperplasia.

I recently ordered this device in order to save money in the long run. I had the procedure carried out a few years ago professionally & I must say so far so good! The pen is easy enough to use & the customer care is second to none. I had lots of questions which the company was more than happy to answer & always responded in a timely manner. Shipping was relatively quick also. I'm still waiting for the area I treated to fully heal but its looking good so far.

Update: Finally my product arrived and I am satisfied with it so far. But you shoul have realistic expectations.

I have also made a bad experience with an international order of the plasma skin pen. When I ordered the item, it was said on the Snow Skin Website that the delivery will take 4-12 days to Germany. After more than 3 weeks I still did not receive product. I have my doubts that the pen will arrive at all. The customer service could not tell me when the order will arrive. At the moment I regret my order from this website.

I am a Nurse and Esthetician student I used this on myself did the mouth lines and eyelids and I did see a significant improvement I am very pleased with the results plus is a very affordable price!

Well I kept going back and forth to the snow skin website and finally pressed the button. I had already a cheapo off wish which wasn't consistent with the blasts. Well, I got daily updates of where it was in transit and it arrived in about a week to the UK. I used it on the day I got it and omg it is the best bit of kit I've bought for ages. I'm just about to blast my husbands forehead. Thanks so much, Matt (uk). I forgot to say, I asked a question on the chat and they came back I'm about a minute. I couldn't believe it!

I haven’t been able to evaluate the effect of the product itself yet since it hasn’t arrived.
I ordered it the 31th of January and chose the faster shipping alternative.
2 and a 1/2 weeks later my item is still in the US and even though Snowskin are quick to reply to messages they can’t tell me anything about whether this is normal or try to get in touch with DHL US which DHL Sweden said the merchant could do.
On the webpage they write that shipping outside the US normally takes 5-12 days even when not paying any extra for faster shipping, not true in my case.
I ordered another plasma pen from China at the same time for less than 1/5 of the Snowskin price including shipping (not “faster” shipping either), I wanted to compare the two on a less visible part of my body. The one from China has arrived smoothly so I’ll start with that one.
Perhaps I’m being unfair, this may not be primarily an issue with the individual company, but a result of poor infrastructure in the US.
Maybe I’ll write another more positive review of the Snowskin plasma pen later if it actually arrives in the future.

I initially gave a one star rating. I’m now giving three stars because the Snow skin team have been helpful and I appreciate the symbolic refund to compensate for the delay, that wasn’t something I asked for. This was a nice gesture and showed me that they take the overall customer experience seriously.
The fibroblast pen arrived finally after nearly a month. I have only tried it on my arm so far, but it seems to work well. I’ll give a further review when I have tried it on a bigger area.

This really is a great tool in the fight against aging! First I did my mouth and 11 lines and just one of my saggy eyelids (on level 4 and numbed). The difference is so amazing my mom just bought one too after seeing my results on video calls. I'm going to help her learn how to do her whole face now. That should be fun! Now that I'm more confident using it I've done the other eye and I'm excited to see the results. Definitely do lots of research and learn how to use it properly. Their customer service is the best I've seen in a long time too!

Top tip: If you're doing your face and are a devout side sleeper, do one side at a time for night time comfort!

Very pleased with my results. I have sagging skin on my upper eyelids. Used the snow plasma pen on level six with no numbing cream. Pain was tolerable. I already see an improvement and will do another treatment on a higher level in about 8 to 12 weeks depending on my healing.

Really happy with the results after 6 days. I burnt some sebaceous hyperplasia bumps on my face and they are definately flatter and less ridged. I was pretty conservative in my application due to being a newbie, but I am happy to repeat every three weeks until they disappear completely at the same conservative pace. If I went to a salon they would need to be more aggressive to make the cost worthwhile, so I am happy to have the pen at home and do it my way. I am also pleased to be able to burn these little growths off as the arise in future, when they are small and less noticeable. The ones I've worked on so far I've had for years so they were quite big. I'm feeling really uplifted. 😄

Highly recommend this product! I was skeptical as I've tried so many things in the past that didn't work but there's so many uses for this I gave it a try. I used it on a large area of my stomach for loose skin with great results and removed a large mole that no creams would work on. So worth it! You won't regret it!
