Just received my pen, took about 10 to 12 days once shipped, the pen is good, it takes a while to get used to using it, you do have to hold a button down whilst operating it but I guess that's a safety thing! Also it takes some practice runs to make sure you are holding the pen right, you have to hold it straight on and not be afraid of it, you get used to the crackle and smell of smoke. I am not going to lie, this treatment hurts like hell, I used some emla numbing cream, don't think I used enough though, the eyelids really hurt even with cream. About 12 hours after use and my eyes sting and are quite puffy and swollen. I have used a cool infra red light and ibuprofen to help the swelling and healing. All in all, satisfied that the pen does the job, its not as powerful as the salon ones they seem to make bigger 'dots' but for the price, it is definitely worth it!

I was supposed so received my pens in 10 days... that was a month and a half ago and I still have not received.

I received my plasma pen today and already used it on all the sebaceous hyperplasia I have on my face. The sting is there but lessens as the minutes go by. Not bad pain at all. I will continue to give updates as soon as the scabs fall off. Thank you!
