Fantastic service quick and very neat installation, managed to overcome a few obstacles which cropped up due to the house with no issues. The price was great and really happy with the new combi boiler and experience would highly recommend!

Avoid like the plague! I had nothing but trouble with them for over a year and still not resolved. Ruined an entire ground floor flooring of our house by bodging an over flow from boiler to the waste to the washing machine by drilling hole and covering in silicone sealer. Lifted whole floor which they reluctantly replaced. Came to turn boiler in first time this year 2 months ago would not work. Rang them and told them. They tried passing onto boiler manufacturers who came out and snagged all they done. Came out a couple of weeks ago and bodged again didn’t swap as advised just fit correctly, even though the manufacturer says the pumps are too small for the system . Didn’t even wire in the thermostat properly. Waited 2 months now and hopefully we get a thermostat but pumps still not good enough. Had days of work unpaid to sort it when they did not turn up it just couldn’t be arsed. Said system would not work blah blah and we’re willing last year to leave me and wife and 2 year old grand daughter in cold as they were not coming back till the new tear. Had to take another day off work to sort myself I got it working. They do not give a damn once they got your money and just fob and blag. TOTAL 3 MONTHS NO HEATING USELESS

Tried to book a survey in Sheffield. Engineer didn't bother showing up and didn't even have the courtesy to ring and apologize. Rang their office and got a really rude woman named Rebecca who gave the most half arsed apology whilst excusing it by saying the engineer was stuck in traffic. Her "I don't give a flying crap" attitude has directly cost this company a cash sale.

(This is a local company to me, that works in the area that should know the local traffic conditions).

Will be reporting back to the broker who suggested this company as a supplier. Awful. Avoid.

Very prompt reply to my enquiry and next day visit from them with a installation of new boiler in 2 days .

Arrived to quote to my pensioned parents they wasn’t the cheapest, however they decided to go with them for new boiler fit, all well & when the had left they had marked / stained four walls with dirty hands and coveralls on the wallpaper, took images for my dad and sent by email to Kerry. Also dad made a couple of phone calls and an engineer in dirty overalls turned up with a spray bottle and a cloth, dads totally bemused, they then sent me an email ( no call to my dad ) saying been assed & stated in the email that our engineers did not do that,. The end ? Appalling customer service, would not recommend at all
They still till now have not called my father, only told me by an email they they are not at fault…….. really

We got in contact via a boiler website and Snug responded within minutes. The surveyor came round to look at the site and give advice and an estimate within the hour. Snug were both the lowest quote and offered a very good quality German made boiler. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and friendly and we accepted the quote and they offered to carry out the replacement within five days including a weekend. The two fitters Declan and Dave were very efficient and tidy and had the new boiler installed and working by early afternoon. So far the new system has worked perfectly and I would recommend Snug Energy.

Well, First of all I only used Snug Energy as they were the 3rd party installers for E-On when boiler was fitted in Jan 2020, On that occasion they damaged a stainless steel wall panel in brand new kitchen which they had to compensate me for, and put screw through a water pipe while installing boiler!
I still gave them the benefit of the doubt by using them for boiler service , but the last service in Jan 2022 I was left unimpressed, First the engineer asked if he should wear a mask, ( It should go without saying that he should be wearing one anyway), Second , He answered a call to his girlfriend while still doing boiler service ( I don't use my phone at work!), And Third, when I went to do a Gas meter reading the other day I noticed that the locking latch was broken off, and hinge to lid was also broken!!
I reported this to Snug and they said they would call me today to explain. But no phone call! One thing is for certain, I won't be using them again for boiler servicing and wouldn't recommend them either.

Excellent service from start to finish - contacted immediately, appointment next day, quote given reasonable, job sorted within the week, contractor worked hard to complete the job all credit to you - completion certs provided - cannot recommend enough - perfection!!

What a rubbish company. Their engineer couldn't be bothered to show up for his sales appointment. After 2 telephone calls, he didn't call back. How can I trust someone who is a no-show. Don't trust this company!

Absolutely perfect service, friendly and co operative from quote to fitting. They were never pushy, really reasonable and on the ball when I had questions, fantastic job made of the installation. They were far quicker getting someone out than expected for both quote and fitting and the service over the phone was spot on, I never even had to wait on hold.

Compliments in particular to the chap who fitted the boiler, the job ended up being more complex than anticipated and the location had to be changed due to the size of the boiler and he still sorted it same day, made a really neat job of it and was polite and professional throughout. Cannot say how happy we were with him

Excellent transaction with a first-rate supplier. We researched three separate providers for a new gas-fired boiler (one of which was our regular local supplier). However, Snug inspired confidence during its quotation visit and in every interaction after that. The pricing was clear and very reasonable, the communication was responsive and helpful and it is clear that the whole company works as a team. As a small, growing company they have implemented great processes and systems that are very customer-focused and we were made to feel special at every stage of the process. The installation went smoothly and on time, despite the fitters encountering some unexpected existing issues and we were left with a fully working system with no subsequent problems to date. This is a company to be highly recommended for all your heating and plumbing needs - we will certainly do that and won't hesitate to use them for all ours.

I had a survey done by Snug Energy, the surveyor was on time, he did a thorough job and fed back to me what he had found and suggested the correct boiler and size. The lady that I dealt with in the office Kerry kept me informed all of the time when I had a question to ask she organised the install of the boiler for me, the engineer came on the day on time, made a perfect job which I thank them for, left the job clean and tidy and went through the operating of the boiler with me. The engineer left a thermostat for the electrician to fit the following day as the boiler is in the garage, the electrician came on time on the day as organised again made a good job and went on his way. I would truly recommend Snug Energy to employ as your gas engineers truly professional service.

Brilliant process right from the initial contact all the way through to post installation. A very professional team, from the office staff, the surveyor to the actual installers.
Cannot rate them highly enough would definitely recommend them to anybody thinking about boiler replacement.

Absolutely fantastic company.
2 lovely and professional guys came and fitted a new combi boiler in a bathroom space.The also took old tank out of the attic and removed old boiler from the kitchen and re bricked hole.They also got the gas tested (they arranged a gas man to come and check)
They were a pleasure to have in my home,worked clean and tidy too.
Ive just had a plumber here for a radiator problem(nothing to do with Snug energy) and he looked at the boiler and said what a fantastic job snug energy had done with the boiler and that he was very impressed with the work.I would 100% recommend this company.

snug energy fitted a new combi boiler the service was 1st class from andy explaining what was needed and pricing to the guys fitting it on time & very polite, i found andy the owner the best guy i have dealt with in a long time.

From start to finish could not fault anything always informed from survey to installation workmen ship excellent recommend snug energy to any one as first choice
