We employed Snug Energy to supply and fit our new boiler and we have not been disappointed. The quote was very good, and the installers worked efficiently and skilfully, completing the job in around five hours. The new unit comes with a ten-year warranty so there is now no need for a maintenance contract, just an annual service for around £60. We thoroughly recommend this company.

Eon were the Company used for the purchase of a new combi boiler/radiator. Rebecca the engineer who came to quote us was fab and instilled in us confidence, a shame the Eon team who organised for the sub contractors to attend were so dire. I would recommend that the girls get training in customer service (the lad I spoke to was pleasant enough) and get their sense of over inflated self importance reduced somewhat....

Snugenergy the subcontractors were lovely, from the blokes who did the work to the engineer and office lady who helped when I had a couple of issues.

I would recommend though that the engineers who attend are given at least a day and a half to get the work done. One day is NOT realistic for either the chaps attending nor the homeowners. It was night 8ish( by the time it was finished from ten in the morning, not ideal for anyone involved.

My other comment would be for covers to be provided to cover the rooms being worked in as a basic must.

Boiler replacement. After my initial annoyance due to late start on the day, this to do with the installers Van being repaired, my annoyance soon turned to optimism when David Paul Gargett at 1500 finally made it to the house. A great affable guy, apologetic, didn't waste any time but first surveyed the job, unloaded the tools and swiftly started the job. He organised for an electrician for 6 o'clock and never stopped other than a quick slurp of chai (two sugars) the electrician, Simon Rattenbury, (black coffee no sugar) a very knowledgeable guy finalised the electrical part of the job including the smart thermostat connection. By now it was 2100 but no complaints from neither of them.
In conclusion. Brilliant workmanship by two technicians that, no doubt, are an asset to Snugenergy. The boiler works perfect, the price quoted by Snugenergy was honest and competative. The question 'would I recommend Snugenergy? Absolutely with no reservations.

Great communication from the initial call. Fast, friendly service. They even left the area tidier than it was before they started! Highly recommended!
