My friend and ordered from here in one order of like 5 tins of Pablo’s, and after over two weeks they still haven’t shown up despite the website claiming that they have been delivered

1st time i orderd nothing wrong this time they send me an email to leave wla review i didnt even recived my order. I tried to get in to contact with they but they dont react to anny thing

I can only recommend to order from this site, good quality products and I even got a free can, the delevery was fast even though I ordered from Sweden. And I didn’t have to pay any customs fees!!

I didnt get the package. And they keep saying that i got it. I cant trace the package i cant refund it.

I have placed one order, I bought 4 packs of nicotines pouches. I bought it for a total of 25£ and I shipped it to Switzerland from the UK (the exporter country) it came in a plastic bag kind package with bubble wrap paper. It took only 4 days and everything was right. The shipping costed around 10£ but I didn’t have any additional customs fees. Overall great experience, recommend this website.

Ive only order 5 times from here got my order wrong 4 time like how hard is it to read I order I strong mystery tub and got 7.5mg that not strong

I placed an order and only received half, it was suppose to arrive for a friends birthday at start of august but still hasn’t arrived. i’ve been passed through all of snus havens team and none of them have been able to sort it and now i am waiting weeks for replies of the team. as a frequent shopper i am very disappointed in the way this business handles problems.

Ordered quite a few times from here amazing customer and delivery time service it’s 2-3 days for me but depends where you live. Never fails to deliver I recommend this company to anyone who asks about snus 🖤

Hi ! Everythink was fine until order arives to Poland . Customs wants almost 10 Euro to get my package from PostOffice. So I spent 9 Euro for shipping/handling and same amount for the customs.
Next time will look for different provider.

The system was having an issue with the Buy 20 option. Initially I was frustrated with this and the amount of time it was taking to sort it. However I can't really fault Snushaven. They where very friendly and though timely, it was all sorted and they gave me a wonderful free one. So greatful and would totally use again. Amazing prices. Thank you so much

great buying experience. i should have been warned about the custom reviews. my 25£ order got declined by customs so i just wasted my money.
