I ordered some jewellery on the 3rd December and was told it was on its way, after numerous e mails, they arrived on the 27th December, they were not suitable ( they didn’t look like what I’d ordered) and I have been trying to return, it turns out they have come from China and the postage is ridiculous. I don’t think this company is trading correctly and I certainly won’t be buying from them again.

I ordered 2 pair of earrings on the 8th of December. Not arrived yet but have been reassured they are on the way.

Ease of using website… Highest quality of products at or below best price point.
Fast , efficient delivery to my front door!
Needs to be your go to for home delivery of incontinence materials, etc.

And NOT using Amazon, giving money to Bezos!

Took 10 days to arrive, saying they are based in UK that's a long time, tracking showed it came international?. The trousers were so cheaply made and nothing like advertised, better quality at primark!. Paid far to much for them. Can only imagine the return hassle so will use for decorating.

Well, I received order intact. Got what I ordered this time. That's it.

I found products that satisfy my needs and the service is good, comes on time in discrete packaging.

I placed an order with this company and they already knew my Discover card numbers and didn't accept them. I started looking online and there are many complaints about them including cheap clothing and very expensive returns if you want to return anything. Bed Bath and Beyond is also doing this. Buyer BEWARE. I subsequently heard from Sofia&Grace which is an incontinence company. Apparently there is the same name for a company called Sofia&Grace Boutique which is what I thought I was reviewing. My sincere apologies to the incontinence company.

My order comes as planned It arrives in good form and is always left to the side of our porch. I appreciate that. I'm very satisfied with the product I've ordered and with your company that makes it happen.

Could not be more disappointed in the item. Nothing like the photo in quality or color. Fabric is extremely thin and looks light yellow, not at all beige as in the photo. No way this item is what the model was wearing. I may have only paid $59.95 but it is a total loss. Responding to their email online address for issues does not work.

I followed the size chart and ordered large,(im usually medium) & couldnt
Get the top over my shoulders. Fabric was seethrough & scratchy & color was pale yellow, not sandstone. My fault for not seeing RETURN POLICY.. So im out
$60.00. No response from customer service.
