No zealous sales people. Just very helpful when needed

Allowed to wander around without being pestered. Helpful advice offered if required. When needed help was efficient and knowledgeable

Positive sales experience, disappointing delivery times.

The sales experience was very positive. The only negative is having to wait so long for my ex-display sofa to be delivered (6-8 weeks). That seems unreasonable.

Positive in store experience with Hugo…

Positive in store experience with Hugo in Sofology at Birstall Retail Park. He was really helpful, friendly and professional, but not pushy!
He took time with me to double check all my measurements were correct and he explained everything relating to the order clearly and in detail. Thank you!

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. Martyn was very helpful. The way in which he gave us advice and showed us the sofas we wanted felt very comfortable.

When we went to look at a sofa we…

When we went to look at a sofa we weren't bombarded with sale reps trying to sell us them, when we had found one we liked we had a good sales man help us order it and gave us some discount on the delivery cost. Overall a very good experience with ordering

Excellent customer service at the Leeds…

Excellent customer service at the Leeds Branch . Scott helped us on multiple visits to get the exact sofa and chairs for our needs. His friendly approach and knowledge was a breath of fresh air. A Credit to the company and the Leeds team .

Great buying experience

Jo listened to our questions and was knowledgeable but also left us to look and make our decisions independently without us feeling pushed into anything.

I asked for an appointment with the director apparently he doesn't speak to customers
Totally waste of time
Declined to exchange or refund
Did offer independent inspection
I am dealing with terminal cancer
Not really helpful the reply is just standard mess around they really do not care about customers with issues

Had a lovely experience when buying a sofa and a chair. No one pressured you as soon as you walk through the door. Jess who was dealing with us was really helpful answering our question and processing the sale for us, she made the whole process very easy and stress free! Thank you!

Great experience

The sales reps were all polite, professional and not trying to force a sale but actually help us get the right sofa for us.

Special shout out to Ade, the sales rep that helped us, he was brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience much easier.

Great sofas, great staff !!

Great sofas .. and really helpful staff. Joe in the Leeds Birstall shop was great. He kept me updated on a sofa I was looking to purchase and guided me through the online order process by adding all my items into a basket for an easy check out. It was simple to process online .. not complicated at all, brilliant service and I’ve got a gorgeous sofa ordered. Very happy. Thanks Joe :)
