The salesman was very helpfull and easy to talk to. My wife & I were happy with the whole expereance.

Katie was super friendly and approachable, and helped us choose and purchase a sofa for our first home. She was very knowledgable on the sofas, and made the experience a very positive and enjoyable one.

If I could give zero stars I would......After waiting from ordering in October to delivery beginning of January the footstall was delivered damaged and returned....... .....Great quality control....Not, Then after chasing I am told I need to wait until March as it is handmade blah blah blah .....REALLY!!!!!! Not a great company.....Not cheap .....Customer service non existent .....Not happy ......If I knew then what I know now I would of gone elsewhere......6 months is NOT acceptable

James made me feel comfortable and approachable , I really hate it when sales people are pushy and he was far from that , explained everything and answered all my questions clearly . Would definitely go back .

A good showroom atmosphere with very helpful and welcoming staff.
We made two trips to the store over three days and the warmth and helpfulness remained the same.
Linda and then Klaudia provided the information we needed and seemed to be quite open and straightforward about everything, which instilled us with confidence in our decision -making.
We just have to wait upon the delivery.
