While the shoes are cute and true to size, they are not made for professional use. As a healthcare worker, I was very excited to find what appeared to be a more affordable alternative to Hoka, but after receiving and wearing the shoes for two 12 hour shifts, I couldn't tell you how thankful I was that I did not throw away my Hoka's that I owned for two years. I was in so much pain halfway through my shifts, and by the time I had gotten home realized that these shoes didn't provide orthopedic support; not only did I still have foot pain, but also experienced pain in my knees, hips and lower back. It was as if the shoes didn't provide shock absorption either. If I could I would totally return and ask for a refund, however their policy won't accept returns when the shoes have been worn or even out of their original packaging. All in all, I wouldn't recommend these shoes to anyone, not even for walking.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from softsfeel, 2 pairs came which I find very flimsy and cheaply made, the 3rd pair never came and so I emailed the customers service who keeps repeating to contact the courier number which I also repeatedly told the customer service that i already checked and it was not there. The 4th pair came but it was the wrong size. Together with those pair of shoes, I also ordered 2 pairs of socks which is way too different from the pictures on their site. They sent me white, thin cheaply made socks.

SCAM! I ordered the wrong size and tried to exchange them, but all they wanted to do was give me a 50% off and order again. The shoes themselves were very lite and felt like they were made of paper. They are cute shoes.

I recently purchased men's shoes from Softsfeel, based on their website's claims that their shoes alleviate foot pain, are perfect for walking, and feature rubber soles. Unfortunately, none of these claims were true.

The shoes arrived without a receipt or a confirmation email, making returns impossible. Contrary to their description, the soles are made of plastic and are extremely slippery. The shoe material is a flimsy mesh that offers no support. Additionally, there was no return address provided, and the packaging was a simple black plastic bag containing the shoes in a clear plastic bag. It's evident that these shoes were shipped from China. Overall, the product and service were highly disappointing and misleading.

I buy mens extra wide for more toe space. I used to pay $50-$60 a pair for New Balance. These shoes are more comfortable than those. I love the hot pink and purple shoes, the color is fantastic. I wear the black ones to work every day.
I keep asking them to make them in Kelly green (I’m Irish).
I’m hoping maybe theyl will do that in the near future.
But these are the best athletic shoes I have ever owned.

save your money. Product is cheaply made. starting to
have holes on inside of shoe after 3 months. Oustide of shoe you need to stop wearing after4 months.

Just received my 2 pairs of shoes. It was as light as styrofoam to the point that I wondered what the package was. I opened the package and the shoes are like crepe paper!
Doubt they'll last 2 weeks! Then, they also charged a currency exchange fee without letting anyone know that. I noticed it when I was going over my bank charges. Sneaky! And a RIP OFF!!!!! The shoes also had a real odd odor to them as well!

Don’t order from them!!! Sneakers run small, cheaply made, they won’t give me a full refund instead they offered me to buy another pair for 50% off or only 20% of what i paid in refund!! 😡

The shoes were small ,badly made and poor quality please don't use this company as they don't offer free returns.

Constantly sending me the wrong size!!!! Not ordering another pair! I now have FIVE pairs of size 38 when I Added a NOTE SAYING ONLY 39, NOT 38!!!! DAMN! WASTE OF MT TIME & MONEY. LOVE THE SHOES (39) HATE THE SERVICE!!!

Ordered the same size as normal (No idea why someone in these comments felt it was their fault they should have ordered 3 sizes bigger, shoe sizes are *supposed* to be correct, that''s the point of them) with a wide fitting, they are narrower than even my standard shoes and the label on them when I convert to UK shoe sizes isnt even the size I ordered but one bigge, and the customer service wont answer basic questions, they just say they understand its not good, but tough !

Horrible company and experience! They sent me the wrong size and when I asked how to return to get right size they said" the shipping would be to much to send them back". Also say we will give you a percentage back on my order. I just want the right size. Fraudulent company! Will NEVER IN MY LIFE ORDER FRIM THEM AGAIN! I'm extremely disappointed!!

They are initially comfortable, but 2 weeks with my orthotics they quickly get out of shape. I have 3 pair and I will be looking for another supplier. On some ads on Facebook it says made in USA but that is not true. They are from China.

Ordered these half a size bigger than my normal size and got the wide also. Sneakers are super tight. I can not wear these. Product was shipped from Perth Amboy NJ but no phone # to contact anywhere. Wish I never wasted my money. Had to call my bank to try and get a refund. Heard product comes from China and have no clue where to return these.

If i could give this a negitive 5 review i would. AVOID AT ALL COST. They sent me the wrong size and will only offer me 20% refund, unless i pay for them to be sent back and they will not refund either of the postage chargesfrom and to China. The shoes feel really cheaply made and smell of really cheap plastic.
Please do not buy from this company

I just started an in hospital job and needed comfortable shoes a I have a nerve problem in one of my feet. It took a while to get the shoes. No packaging other than a zip loc type bag. No US size indication or the usual label of Country of Origin. Replaced the insoles with custom orthotics for better support. They are just barely satisfactory.

Saw on Facebook today that there is now a "Made in the USA" display on the page.

Cheapest pair of shoes I've ever owned. If I had known they were from China I wouldn't have bought them. For one they are too small even though I ordered my size. The soles are cheap plastic and not cushioned insoles.

I order a pair they fit perfectly. But my feet hurt more now than they ever did with walmart shoes. I'm a cna and I was hopeing they would work for work but they don't.

Got mine today 4/17/24 didn't realize they were coming from China so I ordered a size 8.5 wide but could've used a 9 since I now realize they came from China.
When I put them on they are comfy the soles are very comfortable and would definitely be great walking shoes. I give it 4 stars because if I'd known to order a size according to China size I would be 100% completely satisfied.
The 8.5 wide I got is just a bit too snug which does interfere with my comfort but they are doable. Hoping that after I wear them they will stretch to fit better, but overall I'm not dissatisfied at all. I DEFINITELY WILL order again and this time I will get a size 9 and I'm sure I will be SUPER COMFORTABLE, where as now I'm a tiny bit uncomfortable coz they feel just a hint to tight.
Overall... I'm SATISFIED and will order again. Thanks SOFTSFEEL they really are comfortable, tbh after reading some of the reviews I was worried but after receiving them, with the size chart being misguiding that's my only issue but I know when I order my next pair. Which won't be too long from now 😎
