Got foot pain try these out

I have problem with back of my right foot heel have tried hoka jackshibo and many of other shoes have spent 300 dollars trying find something that my feet doesn't hurt after working all day
but no problem with these and don't rub my pinky toe I wear in shoes 4e even in boots would definitely recommend

If I could do a minus star I would!
The shoes were not wide toe and were extremely tight to put on, crushing my toes! The return process was nightmare as they had to go back to China and then got stuck in customs so they refused to give me full refund.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Toe insert liner came off after about 5 wearings. After many emails to customer service and sending requested photos, they offered 20% credit, then 30% credit. I filed a complaint with MasterCard bank and received 100% credit including shipping and tax. Shoes look nice but are very badly constructed.

If I could give “zero” I would.
After ordering it seemed to take ages to arrive as it didn’t arrive in time for its required use.
I went away for work and “supposedly” it was delivered even though they were informed I was away for work and they were ordered for work and wet no longer required as I had to buy some to be bake to work.
“Supposedly” they were delivered but I never got them and no refund and no further communication.

If it would allow “ZERO” I would select it.

Please avoid anything from this company or similar footwear as they do the same through many companies to flood the market.

Beware of this company!

Beware of this company!
They are scammers! Took my money and never send my shoes and it’s been 38days! They responded to me at first and promised to send another one but when i tried to contact them to ask for new tracking number they stop responding to my email.
No shoes and no refund.
I hope this website/company will get reported.

This is turning into a Nightmare Update

Edit: 11/16/25. The shoes finally arrived yesterday. The shoes are well made and I am happy with them. I cancelled the dispute with my bank and restored payment. I still do not recommend this company because of the amount of time it took to process and deliver the shoes, buy the quality is good. Original post: ok, I know it's coming from China and it's going to take a while, BUT, this is ridiculous. They use YunExpress, but there is no express in the shipping. I placed an order for a pair of shoes on Oct. 24, thru Softsfeel, and today, Nov. 2, it still shows 2025-10-24 10:37:14 Shipment information received. No update in eight days. How old will I be when they finally ship this? + Customs and local Delivery. Do Not Do Business with Softsfeel for Shoes!

To expensive to exchange shoes when they don't fit.

If you need an exchange for the wrong size the cost is too great to return them and it is on your dime. Shoes out of CHINA and it is not cost beneficial to exchange shoes. I got a women's instead of a mans size shoe. Would not order from this company.

Totally disappointed!

I bought a size 8 in the shoes, but was too small. I usually wear a size 7.5, so thought an 8 would fit. I contacted company & I could get 50% discount & keep shoes. So I chose that & now I get an email saying I can get 30% & keep shoes. I’m done with this rip off company. Keep your money & don’t buy from them!

Shoes were poor quality

Shoes were poor quality. Zipper ripped after first try. I tried to get them replaced but was told I would be responsible for overseas shipping which was more than I originally paid for the shoes. Customer service is non-existent. Shoe sizing was also off. I preferred a half size larger than needed to be safe. Shoes were actually a full size smaller which led to the tearing of the zipper. Shoes Didn't Fit

Shoes didn't fit, but because they weren't damaged, they want me to pay to send them back, or get another pair at a discount. They refuse to give refunds on their product just because they didn't fit. If I had known they were not being shipped in the US. I never would have bothered. The shoes aren't great, not comfortable and look just like the ones Temu sells. They are not customer friendly at all.

They are scammers

They are scammers. They sent me some cheap shoes that barely resembled what I paid for and in a size so small I couldn’t even fit my foot in. Then they refused to refund me even though they didn’t even send what i paid for. Also, they offer express shipping but end up taking weeks to get to you from china. Everything about them is shady and bad business. Go on amazon you can find better quality just like this for just as cheap and don’t have to worry bout dealing with foreign scamming thieves.

Softsfeel are rip off merchants!

If I could award 0 stars I would but the lowest option is 1 star. I ordered a pair of their orthopaedic trainers for my wife from a Facebook advert. She wanted a size 6.5 which according to their size chart equated to US size 8.5 or EUR size 40. The product cost £29 but I paid £37 which included £6 postage and £2 postage insurance.
I received the product nearly 2 weeks later and when opened found that they had sent EUR size 39. My wife tried them on and sure enough they were too small.
I contacted the company to make a complaint and then followed a complicated exchange of emails in which they tried to wriggle out of their error.
I pointed out to them that their sizing chart actually differs to other companies. So, for example on their chart the EUR size 39 they had sent me was the equivalent to US size 8 or UK size 6. According to other companies EUR size 39 is the equivalent of US size 6.5 or UK size 5.5 so therefore smaller and so there is a complete discrepancy between their sizing and other companies which I pointed out to them but they wouldn't acknowledge.
They then weirdly argued with me there was a 0.5 - 1cm difference between size 39 and size 40 but they were the SAME size!!! So, 0.5 - 1cm is the difference between a shoe fitting or not! How can they say they are the same size??!!
After a long email exchange with them I wasn't going to get anywhere and they then proceeded to make offers to me including a refund of 20% and keeping the product, a 50% reduction on a new order and keeping the product or returning the product for a full refund but I would have to pay for tracked postage. I then informed them that I would return the item and they sent me a complicated address which surprise, surprise was in China. The cosy 'Softsfeel' name gives you the impression that this a UK or USA based company but they are Chinese. The address consisted of a building in a gate up an elevator on a floor in an industrial park at a number on a road in a village in a town in a district in a city in a province in China. Tracked postage would cost me more than £20 and proof had to be provided with a photo and tracking number. I emailed them back to say that I was not prepared to pay this on top of what I had already paid and got their final offer of a 30% refund and keeping the product. They also basically stated that the expensive postage did not guarantee delivery due to the long distance and there was a likelihood the item could get lost in the post. I decided to accept the offer of a 30% refund which did not include the postage costs so I got £8.70 back for my £37 outlay and stuck with a pair of trainers that do not fit.
DO NOT USE this company! The likelihood is that you will not receive the correct size that you ordered and the company will refuse to send a replacement or fully refund you. They are rip off merchants!!

These are the uncomfortable shoes I…

These are the uncomfortable shoes I have ever had. They I wore them inside my house for 30 minutes, they rub the blister on my toe and cut the back of my heel. And then when I want to return them, they only want to give you 25% of what you paid for them. This is very poor customer service and product.

Be careful size wise

Be careful size wise. I wear size 9 Asics and received
size 44 Eur which is correct but it didn’t fit, a half size
To big.
Returning is too pricey, probably costs more then the shoe
