Received shoes horrible quality. They are plastic feeling. To small and not wide like i ordered. I bought through paypal and Received no emails. Doubt I can even return if they answer me back through email.

In my opinion, this company is a rip off. The shoes are made of poor quality and the sizes are off. I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and spent over $ 150.00. I can't wear the shoes and to make matters worse, I contacted the merchant the day my shoes arrived and told them that they did not fit. They want me to pay for shipping to send back to China, which I did. I sent a copy of the airbill only for them to continue to jerk me around about getting a refund. BEWARE. THE SHOES ARE NOT WORTH IT

I bought a pair that was too small and they spoke to me like I was an idiot who hadn’t even tried them on. They gave me a 50% coupon to buy another pair or £6 cash to keep the existing pair. I said no and when I asked for a return, they said I would only get a refund if I shipped them back TO CHINA. It cost £15 to ship back, which was a mistake on my part. Because the item is now stuck at the local depot for over 2 weeks. Who knows if the address was even real? Now I’m stuck trying to contact all the shipping partners to see what is going on and I probably will never get my refund. It’s a scam.

Recieved shoes , low quality, size that came not listed on size chart for conversion, ordered in US size, no arch support. I tried to contact company via email because no customer service phone number available & did not receive a response. My opinion don't waste your money.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes a pair for me and a pair for my husband extra wide. Got the shoes and they weren't wide width so I contacted the company. They were rude and talked to me like I didn't know how to try on shoes. So now I have to pay to send them back on top of everything. I will let everyone I know about the bad experience with this company. Don't buy from them.

Plastic shoes. Hazzard to your health AND they don't refund you unless you ship it back to China when it gets dispatched from intown. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY

Avoid by all means,how can you advertise as a shop in UK,and when i want to exchange the shoes you say send them to China.The return adress on the package for UK is not the one SCAM,SCAM.Dont buy.

The shoes are not soft at all!!! They lie and tell you that they are super soft and great for people with swollen feet. I unfortunately bought 3 pairs because I would save on shipping. What a huge mistake. I tried them on & immediately my feet hurt because there was no comfort. Now if I want to ship them back I have to pay $85.00 & it has to be shipped back to China. I think I paid about $120.00 for all 3 pairs. What a BIG MISTAKE I made.

Your advertising clearly indicates Made in The Usa, why then they were shipped from what looks like China by the Chinese writing on delivery detail reports? The shoes came on time though while opening the box I
Could see they were cheaply made. I tried them now for two days and am disappointed with them

Ordered a size 7 and got sent size 6. When I emailed the company I got this response.

Tips on our website: Measurements are the maximum size,please allow 0.5-1cm tolerance.
So there have 0.5 - 1 size difference but it also is the correct size.

I but some shoes size 8.5 width and send me a size 6 reg wish they don't fit me I paid so much for you send me a small size I won't give any star ✨ I waited for almost 2 months to get them and for what for a different size 🙈🙈😞😞😥I just want my money back.

Cheap and nasty shoes not the size I ordered trying to charge me £80 to return them or I can get 20% of my money back and keep the shoes avoid at all costs scam scam scam

Made of cheap plastic, smell, uncomfortable and NOT wide fit!!! If you’re going to buy them use PayPal as trust me you’ll want a refund! They won’t refund you unless you re mortgage your house to pay for postage back to china.
Raise dispute with PayPal money back job done!

The shoes were very narrow and even though I order a size 12, my size 10 feet don't fit. The company's email address keeps bouncing back, the chat facility doesn't work and there is no postal address. Complete sham and farce. Don't go near these people with a bargepole.

These shoes are supposed to be for foot pain but that not true because I bought a pair and just wore them for a hour or so and I had to take them off because they were hurting my feet so I don't recommend these shoes to no one!

So narrow and small terrible trainers. Suppose to be wide fit and a 7 terrible save your money, they're only good for the bin
