He was able to set up my QuickBooks app and transferred all of my files that I thought were loss in space. I am pleased with service I received from Zim, he helped my install the software for my Microsoft 365 with quick assist. He was patient even though it took him time to wait for the process. I am very grateful for the service. I recommend using this company and Zim for future software needs.

I never received the activation code, never received an answer through the chat or the ticket created, nor by email. Had to request a cancellation of the order, and again never received an answer to that.

Zim was very helpful. He reloaded Office Home and Business remotely due to an initial loading error. Everything is working as expected.

This was a great experience with Zim he was very helpful till the end to install the TurboTax 2022.

2025 I recently purchased a 2021 Word program download. It was the older version I wanted and am familiar with for my new computer. In 30 minutes, I was downloaded and installed and buzzing along with the program I know and love. No frustration!
