This was a great service to speak to Sam this afternoon. He was a great help and successfully helped download TurboTax 2022. I could not get this software to load correctly. Sam skillfully helped me load this. This was extremely important to us. Sam thank you so much.

I waited until tax extension deadline day, which was my fault. I had an issue with an invalid activation code, from my software purchase from Software Discount USA made SIX months prior. I was able to reach a LIVE agent, Zim, who was SPECTACULAR!!! He waited for the download process, issued a new, valid key, and made SURE I was not having a heart attack without the software. He was totally awesome. This level of HUMAN support is why I will continue to purchase from Software Discount USA.

I just purchased MS Office 2024 from Software Discount USA. The purchase went smoothly, and I felt the price was appropriate. I couldn't, however, figure out how to download it. The seller provided all the information I needed including a support phone number. I called the number and spoke with Sam who spent a lot of time helping me. Without his help and support I would still be trying to figure it out. Congratulations to Software Discount USA for hiring knowledgeable and helpful employees.

I paid for a license of TurboTax and received download link and license key. When I went to install the software, received notification that the license had been cancelled. Talked to Intuit customer service who said this happens all of the time with non-authorized resellers. They basically inferred that this reseller was selling the same key to multiple people. When I contacted seller, they first sent me another key, which also didn't work, then ghosted me. Now I'm out the original purchase amount (credit card dispute period is expired) and the amount to re-purchase the software. SCAM CITY

I paid for a download of Word. No download is so far forthcoming. Instead I get idiotic emails fro all and sundry there. Asking for my purchase number which was not given. I'm gonna contact my credit card company. SCAMMERS!!!

We can not back up the file. We got two error codes. We called customer service and spoke to ZEM. He took down our information and sent it on to the their tech team. We received a confirmation email from them stating that the problems had been received. We were told that within 24 hours, we would get a reply. No reply ever came and now, when I call the customer service #, I had to fill something out on their website to request service which I did. I do not recommend this at all and I may request a refund.

I purchased QuickBooks through SoftwareUSA, but the software never connected to Intuit, making it unusable for the features I needed. I contacted customer service repeatedly and followed every recommended fix for months, but none resolved the issue.

Communication was often difficult—many representatives had limited English proficiency, which made it even harder to troubleshoot effectively. After extensive back-and-forth, one agent finally acknowledged the issue couldn’t be resolved and promised a refund within a week. That refund never arrived. My follow-ups were met with vague responses like “we’ll get back to you,” but no one did.

In total, I paid $400 for a product I couldn’t use and never received the refund I was promised. I’m sharing this experience so others are informed before purchasing. I hope SoftwareUSA takes accountability and resolves this properly.

After my post concerning this software not being legit, I was contacted and I was refunded my money. We certainly appreciate that however, we must state the facts and the truth that if the software. If it was correct from QuickBooks like it should be then the licensing should’ve showed up with QuickBooks. All I can say is it may have been a fluke, but I don’t believe so according to the support agent at Quickbooks. I did receive my money back, but I would not recommend the purchase. Software was missing components. It wasn’t until we wrote the bad review that they realized I wasn’t playing. No one should have to go through this.

Zim called and was extremely helpful!! He helped me get my new purchase of Excel 2024 up and running.

Downloading and setting up was easy with help from Zim, who shared my screen to avoid glitches. My QB is up and running!
