Nice person by the name of Sam help me get back on line

I ORDERED SOFTWARE AND WAS BILLED. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET A LOG IN KEY, BUT I received several EMAILs FROM DAVID WANTS ME TO BUY THE SAME SOFTWARE I JUST PURCHASED. It feels like you are running a scam operation. Send me what I am supposed to get.

did not receive working license for turbo tax, i contacted them. no support at all

I would leave negative stars if I could. They send a bogus activation key then do not respond to support claims for a functional key. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM.

I was sent a turbotax key (for $77) that said it was linked to another account so could not be used. No response from SDUSA except to ask for a screenshot, then crickets for over a month, despite constant contact from me. I had to purchase the software elsewhere and received no refund.

I accidentally purchased software and immediately canceled and requested a refund within 10 minutes. Their chat support replied hours later asking for my order number, then waited another three hours to ask the reason, and only responded the next day to say they couldn’t refund because I’d used the license key — which is impossible because the key wasn’t delivered until the following day. Their handling was slow, inconsistent, and dishonest. I asked for a refund right away and was ignored until they manufactured a reason to refuse it. I consider this company untrustworthy and would not recommend purchasing from them.

Sam provided excellent and knowledgeable service. He helped us solve our problem installing turbo tax very quickly. Great service!

I recently purchased or should I say “ Donated “ money for a turbo tax program that I cannot use because Software discounts refuses to send me my bought and paid for activation number. They are crooks/ scammers.

Update: Well, after daily complaints and emails “ software discounts “ finally sent me the activation license and I have been able to complete my taxes. Though - I will not purchase anything from them again, they did follow through and complete my purchase. I’m not changing my review nor my rating because they did not inform me as to why there was almost a 2 week delay to receive my purchase. Use at your own risk. Doug

I purchased Turbo Tax from this company for my 2024 taxes. I got a new computer and went online to be able to download the software again to get it set up. It would not allow me to download and gave me a number to go to Turbo Tax to download. The number did not work. When I inquired with Turbo Tax they said that number was used by someone else. This company is reselling sold software. Dont buy from them.

I have been advised by Intuit that the QB2024 Pro i bought for $400 is not supported, cannot be registered, and is not a valid license number.

Please thank Sam at your site. He is patient smart and was even able to help me. Thank you Sam. I am a customer for life.

I purchased TurboTax software, but the license key provided did not allow the product to be installed or used on my computer. I contacted the seller multiple times over the course of more than a month to request a corrected license or working download link. Their responses were extremely slow, generic, and did not address the issue or provide any solution that allowed me to access the product I paid for.

Despite repeated attempts, I was never able to download, install, or use the software. Since the product was never delivered in usable form, I requested a refund. The seller refused, even though I never received the functional product.
The merchant failed to provide the product as advertised and did not resolve the issue after extensive communication attempts. VERY FRUSTRATING to try to work with these people.

Sam did a great job helping me to install the Turbo Tax 25 Premium that I purchased. I tried several times to do it myself unsuccessfully. He installed it in only a few minutes. A great job!

Sam did a fabulous job to install Microsoft Office

Sam was very helpful in getting me into the program. could not have done it without him

Bought Turbo Tax. The license number you needed to input to activate software was already linked to another account therefor could not use. No customer support from Software Discount. Intuit says they are not an approved vendor. Total scam

Same as others my license key was no longer active. TT said it was assigned to someone else. If you look at the 5 stars they are all about the same review. Really think this company is more of a scam. I asked for help and have received no response. Text and call, nothing just leave a message.

Sam was very, very helpful I appreciate how he was able to help me with installing Turbo Tas so that I can finally do my tax return.

Sam was very helpful and patient. he quickly resolved my issue. I thank him for his help

If you are having a problem getting the passkey call
(888) 299-7641 that’s customer service for this company that you bought the product from ( it’s not Intuit) someone by the name of Sam, gave me the correct product key and helped me get everything working . Good luck

I purchased turbo tax and received a license key which does mot work I opened a ticket a week ago and received nothing but an acknowledgement that a ticket was opened I have tried to contact the company but have been ignored I am aware $100 may not be a lot of money but to me its real I consider this fraud

I am not sure what this company does but this is second time my Turbotax license key was canceled. I purchased both 2024 and 2025 activating the product when received. I purchased TT 2025 in Nov.25 and used the product until last night Mar 3, 2926. I contacted TT customer service and was told the license is not valid and assigned to another email account. This also occurred for TT 2024
