Sam was excellent - he helped me to install Turbo Tax Deluxe

I thought I was purchasing a Turbo Tax Deluxe package within minutes, I found it was a membership which I texted back and stated I was not interested and wanted my credit card refunded. I did not recieve a refund as of yet. So beware

ZIM was very helpfull solved my problem on software download and did it in a pleasent and knowledgable manner>
Five stars!!!

Should be prosecuted for fraud. Specifically went to turbo tax, clicked "no thank you" when sdusa popped up. Thought that would be it, but after I paid with a CC, their name is all over 5 or more emails saying I bought their "service". Feel like it's a total scam. Now they signed me up for reoccurring subscription, now there will be unwanted legal problems, as I don't let this crap slide.

Purchased Turbo Tax digitally and NEVER rec'd the license key. I have emailed, called, messaged their pseudo live chat and gotten no reponse. Absolutely ridiculous

Sam was very friendly and helpful. He resolved my issue within 10 minutes and provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

Sam was extremely helpful when I had trouble with the installation process. I strongly recoment software Discount.

Sam was very helpful after being frustrated with multiple emails. Glad he was there to create less stress for me. Thank Sam!

Zim did a great job solving my problem.

Gosh! I was so frustrated that I could not download my TurboTax Business, because of error 607. But when I got Zim on the phone, everything was done in minutes. I really appreciate his quick and professional help and courtesy.

SAM did a great job helping me load this software. There is no way i could of done it myself. Thank You. I recommend him for everybody.

I do not understand the value add for this company. I bought MS Excel. It would have been easier to go directly to Microsoft, since all they did is redirect me to their site to buy it.

Instead, I had to create an account on SDUSA, which I have no interest in, and it appears that they will be charging me 20 dollars a month for this account.

I buy software, maybe, once a year. Now I have to figure out how to disentangle myself from this company so I am not robbed of 20 dollars a month.

Did not receive requested software, but charge was sent to credit card account

Zim helped me alot, I tried for days to get my software to download. Zim downloaded my software quickly and efficiently.

Sam, logged into my computer and helped me set up my software. He was great help! I'd spoken to 2 or 3 other people before him that were quick to be gone. More employees like him will be good for all of us!

Sam was an incredible help! He got the system working and properly installed. Very helpful!

I bought TurboTax Home and Business from SoftwareDiscountUSA and was pleased with the steeply discounted price. After two month of using the program, the application was suddenly downgraded to the DeLuxe version. Fortunately, SoftwareDiscount USA has an excellent customer service with rapid responses. When a reinstall didn't solve the problem, I called the customer service and was helped by Sam, who fixed the issue within minutes. The combination of excellent pricing and excellent customer service is a winner!

Help was easy and comfortable. Thank You SAM

Sam was GREAT. Got me up and running really quick!!!
