I was skeptical at first because of scams, you just never know.. It was hard for me to let Sam take control of my PC, but know that I could cancel control anytime.. Sam was patient with me and answered any questions I had. When my TURBOTAX was finally installed to my PC, Sam then canceled control. Sam did a great job navigating me thru the process. Thank you SAM!

Sam was right on target with correcting a problem I had downloading a license code. Quick and very patient with an old guy that doesn't type well!

Sam did a great job helping me install Business 2025

When I ordered, I got the emails to download and install except it wouldn't let me. Eventually, I called them and found out they were out of the product, so they upgraded at no extra charge. Then I was able to use the product. I wanted to ask a few questions and they brushed me off and hung up.
