Starting with sales person, Mr Rehmann has patiently handled my queries and helped to answer all the doubt and queries. The installation process was smooth and team installing looked like they knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend these guys. The process was unbelievablly quick and smooth, unlike what i was told by my friends and collegues.

Its been 9 months now, and you have not connected my solar to my energy provider. Only recently did Energy Australia note that you haven't done your job, and I have been losing money.

I looked no further. She is a next level Pro.
Courteous, well informed, patient and super swift in getting the process rolling.
After speaking with colleagues who have also had panels installed- price point was brilliant. Give the lady a bonus!

It's been a month already, they still not fix the issue which occurred same day installation,it's just like a showcase,not useful,not working since 1st day of installation,I try to call so many time but still not got updates..I really regret to install this company even I gave 2 reference from our side.very bad customer service,I want my money back or fix as soon as possible....bcoz next month we are going for our vacation....I am very much panic bcoz we are paying electricity bills + gov rebate + we paid already full amount of installation.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
FOB OFFS FROM THIS COMPANY GO ON FOR MONTHS. After installation our electrical bills have gone up and inexplicably our consumption has trebled. Complete waste of five months and $5000. They do not return calls or emails, you have to do the chasing. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will be contact Consumer Affairs.

we had solar panels installed in May 2024, and huge noise from the roof whenever winds come since September. Sent an email to their support team in 13 Oct, no response at all. rang them on 15 Oct, no response. sent reminder email twice, just like no one IS working in this company. One month passed, still not a sound from Solar Emporium at all.
Don't recommend this company, coz you will find nobody if any problem after the installation.

Very easy to deal with

Arifur from Solar Emporium was an amazing salesperson! Installation for both systems installed was quality workmanship, warranty for install and products is above Australian standard, quality of panels/inverter was excellent value. The after sales support and knowledge was second to none! EXTREMELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Not a great experience
Signed up on 1st may 2 installers walked away 3rd installers did a great job but after October 1st when inverter laws changed,could not tell us when this would be sorted out done in December and still not connected to grid in middle January

Had a system installed by this group after looking around for a long time. Got a solar and battery system. Price was great, cheap but not the cheapest when compared to small startups but they have been around for a long time so have my trust. Had great support from Osama who helped design my system, Juanira as an amazing customer support and Sam and Chantelle helped organise install seemlessly. Had panels installed flush on my flat roof and the output is amazing. Highly recommend
