Well constant changes of contact personnel prior to installation proved frustrating . Could improve on providing updates . Job was held up due to supply issues . I Should have double checked placement of panels .
On the day MJ was very helpful ; efficient with good workers . Overall happy enough

I’ve recently had a 10Kw system installed from solar emporium. This was an easy process from start to finish. The admin team was very helpful with the planning and great customer service.
The installer was on time, professional and very knowledgeable.
I’m really happy with the outcome and would 100% recommend solar emporium.

On 13.08.2024 your comany install solar system to my house,when the technician turn back the power on somehow the inverter or wifi dongle interfere with my modem and reset the modem and they couldn't connect the dongle to my internet.I was working on it 1hour to fix it but in mean time the instalation team left and they said to check the manual for instalation.I try in that day and on day after and I couldn't.So on 14.08.2024 I ring the sales guy and I explain it what was happend and I ask him to talk with right person to send somebody to come and fix the problem.In next 2-3 days nobody contact me so I ring again but this time to customer service.I ring for couple of time after that and they told me to wait and somebody to ring me.Today is 26.08.2024 nobody contact me regarding the defect product.When I lose my patience I will report you to consumer affair and I will open legal action against you.Verry poor customer service and warranty involvment to solve the customer problems.You don't suppose to treat the customers in this way.The sales guy was ok hi try to help me.

From the first phone call I made I was well informed about what was going to happen and I was kept in the loop at every step the boys that installed the panels were very professional and I would like to thank Vincent for going the extra mile to get the job done thanks to all at solar emporium

I gave them 1 star for the install, but after that everything went pear shaped. Took months to get it certified and connected, tried to install 2 systems on the roof as they took to long and forgot they already installed one. Got so fed-up with waiting for certification i arranged my own, only when after that was done and i had informed them of the inspection and gave them the report they then kicked into gear and wanted there "own" inspector to certify the job. The government rebate is a joke of a process. Not happy and not worth it in hindsight. Very very poor experience. I do not recommend.

Everything was organised for me. I had nothing to do through the whole process, including appropriate rebate handling.

A total circus with communication!
Too many people involved.
Time frames all over the place and no reply to requests or long delays.
The install team was sub contracted and had not worked fo S E before!

All aspects explained in understanding way, N0 hidden suprises, all rebates were simple with emporiums assistace and professional staff

I would rate them higher if I could. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with Solar Emporium and like anybody I was nervous in the beginning since I was going to spend some where in between 6-9k. Rafia in customer service was exceptional with her knowledge and support.
Dealing with me as a customer is not easy as I would keep asking questions as I did more and more research on solar. Rafia was always patient and came back to me in a timely manner when she didn't have answers for me straight away.
They are unlike other solar companies, very helpful and responsive even after job was completed. I would definitely recommend them.

Seamless sales to installation. Not the cheapest. Great customer service.

Solar Emporium did a good job overall. i like the result. I encourage new customers to keep asking to get all the information they need to make a decision. i didn’t realise that angling the panels is possible but only for certain situations and probably isn’t worth the cost anyway. i didn’t realise that batteries are not worth it unless 24 hour power is critical to your family/business. i didn’t realise when my panels were live because I was told to wait for the power company, and i wasnt told what happens with my generation until the power company connects to the network (its not a big deal because the main benefit is when the system goes live).

Just want to start by saying Ben from Solar Emporium is getting the 5 stars.
It went south early on and was left chasing people for 2 months, he can on, communicated the while way through, moved the process along and after 2 months of waiting, Ben was involved and the panels were installed 3 weeks later! Thank you Ben, you were incredible!

Fast, easy to deal with. And good quality job.

I had to wait 3 months my battery to be connected. Now the inverter failed 8 days ago, I called for warranty, nothing happened since then.
