Fast efficient and professional installation and very pleased with system performance so far.
After sales support is also very good.

While I am still awaiting the installation, I would like to say that I felt unrushed, unpressurized and totally safe with Brandon Taylor who took an amazing 2 hours to go through every detail and made sure I had understood, had no further questions and who also gave me all the time in the world to think about things. As a small, elderly woman on her own, that feeling of safety is certainly important and despite his imposing physique, Brandon was totally unthreatening and did not push for a sale. Any questions that arise afterwards, he answered promptly and, as promised, the office team a answered BEFORE the third ring of the phone. Such a lovely bunch of people. Quite different to other companies I had quotes from.
Ian Cook was equally lovely and thorough when doing the next level of investigation and measuring and I honestly fo not expect that to change for or during the installation ( hopefully soon ).

THE GOOD BITS
I had a number of quotes, I was happy with theirs, all paid for (a delay due to being in a concervation area, planning permission was obtained) very quick to put up / remove scaffolding 😀, very quick installation a few hours 😀.

THE UNTIDY BITS
It took a bit of getting used to for the app set up, I ordered another battery and was advised in writing it was in stock. But it takes about 3 weeks to get installed - why? 😡
The hand over pack will also take about 3 weeks to deliver, so I can't expose energy, thus am losing money 😡 - again why?
If I have a technical question - they won put me through to speak to someone in Tech Support - but the telephone receptionist takes notes and calls back.

OVERALL
I am glad I have had them installed 😀. It seems to work well and seems to be using solar power rather than the grid so I will reserve final judgement until I get some bills.

Great products on offer - Solarwatt panels and Huawei battery are excellent products. Service level from initial query, sales pitch, preparations, installation, completion to after-sales query were dealt with professionally, courteously and helpfully.

Great personalised process. Zoë was fabulous and didn’t just say yes to my questions. The whole fitting team were tidy and professional- I have the best looking panels in my area. I have been pleasantly surprised by the performance.

The sales person arrived very promptly after my online request for a possible Solar installation, was very helpful and informative.
I chose a 20 panel 10KW battery installation. The inverter and the battery system was a matched product by Huawei. The electrician did a neat, brilliant install and the panel installers on the roof did a great install finished off with the solar home bird protection. This was a perfect install completed in less than a day. The documents required for electricity export were sent to me within a couple of days. A very happy customer!

I have just had my panels fitted by you Gary the sales guy was great help right the way through also the girls in the office with the calls to make sure everything was done and the guys who installed the panels were first class helpful clean and tidy first class job would recommend this company cheers Kev

They were not the cheapest quote, neither were they the most expensive, but nicely in the middle. I researched the equipment listed in the quote plus the alternatives in my other two quotes and Solarhome came out on top for both quality and price of the equipment. When the fitters came to install the kit, they were both fast and clean. Once the kit had been installed, I was taken through the fitment and the monitoring system quite thoroughly to ensure that I knew what I was doing. Once the team had left, my wife went round to tidy up but found nothing to do. A good team with a good company. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent workmanship, product top quality, everything completed with no hitches . A big thank you to the two guys on site and Solar Home.

Generally all very good. The installation was very quick and efficient. As far as I know the performance of the panels is fabulous as I seem to be in credit with my bills ever since. I have a problem with the App which is not SolarHome’s fault but is irritating. Overall I would recommend them

An excellent experience. Not the cheapest quote, but absolutely the company that I felt most comfortable dealing with, and which spent more time on my initial quote, than any other, out of the variety who quoted for my job. Every person who visited the house for initial contact, subsequent survey, or actual installation, was absolutely exemplary. The installation of the battery and inverter at the back of the linen cupboard is extremely clean and everything is working greatly to my satisfaction a few days in. Highly recommended.
