Laura did a fine job trying to track!
Laura did a fine job trying to track down appropriate courier services to get the shipment as close as practically possible to my remote location. Tracking could be improved, I get that the certain legs of the journey may change couriers and they do not always track the same way but at the end of the day tracking is their to assist the customer and if it does not tell you where and when to the point of delivery it is somewhat useless. Overall I am happy with the service.

Overall Satisfied
Or order was shipped with some of the wrong parts - we were missing 2 pieces from the racking system and got a 1 string disconnect switch not the 2 string we paid for.
Once we realized this and reached out the rep was good about it - fast communication and didn't bill us for the extra shipping on those parts, but it was still a scramble to get them in time of our install and took extra time on our part.
Overall satisfied with the solar store - we're only half done our install so can't comment on the products yet. Pricing was very competitive - best we've found - and the support has been good in terms of explaining how everything goes together as we're doing the installation ourselves.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Communication is severely lacking. Price is never what’s quoted. It’s waaay more, without clear itemization. Baffling. This is not a full service package despite being told it was. If I wasn’t already committed to this project financially, I’d go with someone else. Hopefully our setup actually gets completed, eventually, but after that I won’t use them again. If by any chance they read this review and improve their service and communication, I may be inclined to reflect that in a final review. Very disappointed and feeling ripped off. Note: the contracted electrician Bryant is wonderful and also suffering from their lack of communication.

We sincerely apologize for the challenges you've encountered during your solar project, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We understand the frustration you've experienced and want to clarify our role in this situation.
We want to emphasize that we served as the equipment supplier for your project and were not directly responsible for the installation process. It's disheartening to hear about the communication issues and changes that have occurred, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience this has caused.
While we take responsibility for our part in providing equipment, it's important to note that the planning and execution of the installation fall under the responsibility of the contractor and installer. We acknowledge your concerns about pricing transparency and understand the importance of clear communication in these matters.
We have taken your feedback seriously and will be addressing these concerns with the installer to ensure better coordination moving forward. We value your commitment to this project and would like to work towards a resolution that meets your expectations.
If you have specific concerns or details you would like us to address, please feel free to contact us directly at [Your Contact Information]. We are committed to improving our services and appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced, and we genuinely hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our services.

Rocky start ended great
I truly enjoy the online shopping experience, no high pressure sales tactics and so forth. Sometimes this can get me into trouble by not reading the small (or large) print. An issue arose and the team at solar power store stepped in to solve my issue and get things on the way.
