Contract with Vk electricals not delivered 1000$ deposit paid
I signed up a contract with Vk electrical for installation of solar storage battery on 16th oct/2025. Paid 1000 dollars deposit for quick 3-6 week installation, I was told why this deposit is so large. Since Beginning of Dec/2025 which was a failure of delivering as agreed they just keep promising that installation is coming but in reality it was just empty words. I contacted them at lease 20 times emails and calls but nothing is happening and they refused to refund my money. Also I was told they don't install but somebody else will do it. I never signed up for anybody else. They gave me Sunpower solutions contact to continue this. Of course I talked to them but they were not able to do anything about this installation.

I found a reliable source of information on the topics of solar batteries and panels as well as heat pumps. The installers I used through Solar Quotes ( solar panels and battery and heat pump) were first class. Also great to have SQ behind you if problems occur.

It's a one stop shop for everything solar. The website is easy to navigate and took me from almost complete ignorance to a comfortable understanding of the concept, process and parts. Excellent comparisons of panels and batteries. Having the security of vetted installers is a huge relief. All 3 installers I nominated responded and were available to answer questions by email, text or zoom. Ultimately the one of the three that I will go with, offered a system that was most affordable for me at this time, although I can't thank the other two who considered my request.
