We are happy to have chosen Regen Power as our solar system supplier. All the problems we had with our electricity Company were sorted very good by Regen Power. Installation was carried out in a single day everything was explained properly and the system is running great. Now I expect to have free electricity for years to come. Thanks again Regen Power.

I requested the people who quoted to attend my property. Only one did. The positive was he said he said no need for more panels, which was the same as the second bloke. The second bloke came to property and hence discussed a lot more things and explained a lot of things. I felt very positive about the second quote

Uncompetitive quotes
Received 2 suppliers who were more expensive for the same package. The first did not provide a formal quote only hand written and gave exorbitant figures for house value after installation.
Second quote also not competitive.

We found Solar Quotes a good company to deal with.
Queries were answered promptly.
They gave us 3 companies to get quotes from, we ended up going with DSW (Direct Solar Wholesalers) and they were a fantastic company to do business with.

Not what I wanted
Before I contacted SolarQuotes, I already had a quote from a solar company. I received contact from two businesses as a result from SolarQuotes. The first said that they don't carry Sigenergy batteries and the second gave a quote that was more than $2000 in excess of what I already had. Then it was annoying that different people within the second company kept contacting me to ask what I was looking for.

I like the information and advice on Solar quotes website and I asked for recommended installers. They provided 2 options, both responded promptly and gave good professional advice. one was quite a bit more expensive. I also sourced 2 more quotes on my own (both also listed on Solar quotes site). I went with one I sourced myself

A genuine hero of Solar
SolarQuotes is one of the true diamonds of Aussie businesses, and I could not be more grateful to them for existing.
I had emailed SolarQuotes to obtain quotes for our new build, having heard about their commitment to recommending installers with proven track records and their commitment to warranty those they recommend.
Unfortunately, after we had paid a substantial deposit, the installer unexpectedly went into administration. This was an extremely stressful situation and one that could easily have left us significantly out of pocket. However, SolarQuotes stood by their word completely. Rather than distancing themselves from our problem, they actively helped us obtain new quotes to complete the installation and, most remarkably, refunded the entire deposit we had paid to the failed installer. This allowed us to move forward with the project without suffering a major financial loss.
In an era when many companies talk about customer service and guarantees, SolarQuotes actually delivers. Their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to their customers were nothing short of outstanding. Solar Quotes did an excellent job of shortlisting companies to install our solar. Also the information provided by the website was excellent and allowed me to update my knowledge to the current tech. I would recommend Solar Quotes to anyone looking to install solar. The recommended company, Chief Electricians, has been a delight to work with. The price was not the cheapest but I was looking for a quality service and that has been delivered in spades. The installation staff have been polite, courteous and very professional. They were very careful to not damage the roof, gardens or any other property. They addressed any issues I had to my satisfaction and a manager always followed up to ensure everything was progressing well. I highly recommend this company
