These shoes are beautifully made and unbelievably comfortable. I suffer from mild lymphedema so buy their widest styles. Size 41 for winter trainer and size 42 for summer shoes, when my feet swell badly. I now have 6 pairs. They ship to Canada in 3 days. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else.

I was so excited when I first discovered Sole Bliss, at last a company that provided stylish, fashionable shoes that dare I say bordered on sexy (yes I said sexy, I'm a pensioner but at what age do you stop being a woman?) At 5ft 2ins I always wore high heels which may have contributed to my developing bunions but having had corrective surgery wanted to at least wear heels on special occasions. My problem isn't getting shoes that fit me it's that after a couple of hours wearing them, there are certain painful pressure points because my 'new' toe sits differently in shoes. With Sole Bliss's emphasis on 3 layers of memory foam, the bunion bed stretch panel, arch support and a deeper, wider toe box I believed all my problems had been addressed. I must add that I can easily get comfy flats and trainers anywhere, I was only interested in high (not mid) heels. Out of 62 high heels only 19 are leather, as previously stated I'm a pensioner and I find suede very hard to maintain and keep looking nice and at nearly £200 they have to last me. Of the 19, 13 are sandals, I don't wear sandals in the winter months and because of the openness of sandals I don't have a problem with their comfort anyway. Out of the 6 shoes only 2 are black and as I need to maximise my usage of shoes that cost nearly 25% of my pension I'm not going to invest in leopard skin or rose pink. With all those factors addressed I go to order Paris in black size 8 & a half (as instructed) only to find that I can't pay by paypal, klarna or any other method that will give you interest free credit for 3 or 4 months so I am forced to dip into my savings. I bite the bullet and order the shoes, they arrive the next day. GRRRR!!!! they are too small, I'm size 8 and it's like trying to put on a size 6. I am so very disappointed, I can't ask for an exchange because there is absolutely nothing else that fits my criteria. I'm just hoping my refund will be straightforward.

Wonderful customer service. I received and returned shoes four times and then immediately received a refund when sadly none of them worked for me. It wasn't at all the fault of the shoes - which were beautiful - but entirely due to the extreme problems I have with my feet.

I ordered shoes on Sole Bliss 24th October, having used them before. The blue flat Florence in navy were out of stock in both 41.5 and 42 sizes and you were NOT getting anymore. Why advertise this style in your November catalogue ? I tried to order other styles but very little was in navy and none were suitable so I returned them. Surely you realise you are operating an internet shop, dealing with ladies problematic feet ie:- wide fitting, bunions etc. and as you cannot try before buying you will experience many returns. Shoes can vary in size according to the style and hardness of leather. I also wanted a pair of trainers and in October ordered the Hampton-Star in a 41. These are not produced in half sizes , so after receiving them decided to order the 42 in order to compare fitting and comfort.
A perfectly natural request and one you would make in a shoe shop. I have waited well over two weeks for these and telephoned each day from last Monday as to their whereabouts - I kept being promised them on the following day. Imagine my fury yesterday when your totally arrogant assistant Charlotte informed me that because I had returned a number of shoes, she was in a muddle over my return forms , and had decided I should NOT receive anymore of your shoes and the larger trainers on order were being IGNORED. She was totally patronising, self important and opinionated. I eventually persuaded her to receive another payment from myself but she made it quite clear I would not receive the trainers for many days. She should be reported for her dreadful customer service and bad manners.
I would like Lisa Kay to read this revue of her company and send me a reply

Lovely elegant shoes, fabulously comfortable. They were delivered within 2 days. Great service.

Having suffered from bunions for a few years I am now delighted to slip my feet into a pair of shoes and know that I will not be in agony by the end of the day.

The sizing explanations are excellent, and after much ( unnecessary) trialling of various sizes I ended up at my regular shoe size! 😂 I called up the Sole Bliss team and they knew their stock and explained how different toe styles: square, rounded etc would help me decide what size to finally settle for.

I ordered 2 different sizes to trial at home, and sent back the wrong size. It was easy to do, and my card was swiftly credited.

The shoes and boots are STUNNING and I am enjoying them immensely!

I would love some espadrilles next summer with a covered toe, and a low heel for everyday walking. Not flat, but low.

i had to return the shoes for a larger size, staff very helpful & reserved a pair to send to me once they had received my too-small pair- well
packaged. small detail- leather needs time to ease with use

I love the uppers of sole bliss trainers-I recently purchased my fourth pair BUT the heels of two previous pairs wore down to the point of there being nothing left of them. My most recent pair, bought only about two months ago are also wearing down vert fast.
I did contact you about this and was told to take them To a shoe repairer - completely useless advice.

Beautifully made shoes and very clever design to accommodate bunions but they are an all around wide-fitting shoe. This meant that they slipped off my foot at the back and I had to return them.

Excellent service. Packaged beautifully & the contents 1st class. A real treat to be able to wear lovely shoes comfortably !

Shoes look lovely online. I see the poor customer reviews, but I can't find the customer review email address or # to ask my question directly of Solebliss. The web site only half works, and search doesn't work at all. I have tried 3 different browsers and 2 computers with little success. Finally found a leather navy flat, and out of stock in all but 2 sizes. It seems many of the shoes are made of crocodile instead of leather. This makes me a little leary of ordering.
