I returned shoes over a week ago and not received confirmation of their return and no refund yet. I have emailed twice and no response yet. I paid a lot of money and not happy with very poor customer service

Shoes arrived promptly and were packaged very well. They were comfortable and looked very elegant.

this is the fourth pair i have bought,had neuroma in both feet and super comfy

The third time i wore my sole bliss shoes, the sole tore away from the bottom. I reported my issue to them and they did not offer any solution. I am very disappointed in the customer service and will not order from them ever again. My $170 shoes ar ruined.

I’ve bought two pairs of shoes from Sole Bliss. Both are well-made and, as advertised, perfect for wide feet.
Shipping to Canada was efficient but not as pain-free as the shoes: customs duties add to costs. Still, these shoes are high quality and I would pay a lot for them if they were available domestically.

I am very pleased with my light blue leather trainers. They are comfortable and fairly lightweight. The quality is excellent. I am waiting for the weather for to improve before wearing outside!

Delivered promptly within time stated, well packaged and the shoes beautifully packed in their boxes I have never known before shoes so well packed.

You can't beat Hero for trainers. Every time I've purchased shoes from Sole Bliss, I have been impressed not only with the amazing quality of the shoes, giving us bunioned-ladies a chance to wear shoes that are elegant, fashionable and amazingly comfortable, but also with the first class service - on line, on the phone and managing delivery and returns.

Customer service was beyond arrogant. Literally got into an Email argument and they told me to never purchase from them again! Hysterical. Over priced junk.

First pair of shoes ordered from Sole bliss and they’re so comfortable, well worth the expense and first heels (although not high ones) that I’ve found comfortable for a very long time. Easy to order and quick delivery.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes from the UK to Abu Dhabi and took a risk that their product descriptions were accurate in terms of size and fit. I couldn‘t be happier. The shoes are excellent quality and all three pairs fit perfectly. Big fan and highly recommend Sole Bliss. I ordered on a Sunday and they were delivered to Abu Dhabi by the Thursday with DHL. Truly great products & service. Well worth the money!

Shoes that fit and are comfortable. Because of my horribly wide bunion, I've been wearing walking sandals even in the winter time. I'm walking around in my Hero trainers and I'm so comfortable. Hallelujah and happy days. Michelle

I ordered 2 sizes of the shoe and they were both far too small. I have 6 other pairs of Sold Bliss shoes, all size 5, wedges, flats and heels and they are all fine.
It was a real nuisance as I had to send both pairs back. When I queried this problem, I didn’t get a satisfactory response.

I was looking for a pair of black heels to go with an outfit I'd bought for a day-trip experience of a lifetime. I tried two different styles (Mercy and Meredith) but unfortunately they were both too narrow and had to be returned (I have severe bunions). Even sizing up a whole size didn't help and I was very sad about this as they are both beautifully designed shoes. Ordering and exchanging the shoes and then finally receiving a refund was all very smooth which was great. The quest for really wide, stylish heels continues!

No refunds! In this day age! I bought suede shoes my first impression was the material was thin and hard with raw edges inside that rubbed top of my foot. Wore them once couldnt ever wear them again. They seemed the cheapest make of shoe I’ve ever bought.
