A disappointment
I am very disappointed with their customer services, I wanted to buy a pair after a friend suggested them as I have bunions. As I was unsure as to which size to purchase I thought it best to speak with someone for advice. After having left 3 messages because 'everyone was busy helping others' I bought my usual size as I understood that the toe box was wide enough to accommodate a bunion. A mistake! The shoes will be returned first thing in the morning and certainly won't dream of purchasing another pair until a 'human' has the courtesy to return my call.

Returned as couldn't zip them up
Boots looked lovely but so disappointed they did not fit. One of my feet is slightly swollen around the ankle area and the boot just wouldn't zip up. Know it is more my problem than the boot's but worth noting if you have similar problems.

Life changing!
I’ve spent years trying to find comfortable shoes for my difficult feet. Sole bliss has been life changing! Their runners are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned and for the first time in years I’ve been able to wear heels all day and all night. Thank you Sole bliss!

Crucifying
Sole Bliss shoes are beautifully made, beautifully boxed, and arrive the day after you've placed the order. But, my goodness, their Hero Miracle Trainers (their widest-fitting shoe) are so incredibly narrow, I could hardly get my feet into them, far less zip them up. The worst part was the stitching either side of the toe box that painfully crushed the mild bunion and bunionette on my 75-year-old foot. So much for the flaunted "stretch panel"- I couldn't find it. These shoes are not suitable for wide feet and or bunions! After wearing them for 15 minutes, I had to take them off. My feet throbbed for the next 2 hours. I had hoped Sole Bliss would be my 'go-to' provider but I'm left disappointed and disillusioned. These shoes crucified my feet. I hope other women have a better experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Hero Trainers. We sincerely apologize that the fit was uncomfortable for your bunion and bunionette - this is absolutely not the experience we want any customer to have with our shoes.
The Bunion Bed® stretch panel in the Hero trainers is located internally within the toe box construction, but we understand that the level of accommodation varies between different foot shapes and bunion severity. What works for some customers may not for others.
For our Miracle Trainers specifically, we advise customers to loosen the laces fully before zipping up the trainers, as this widens the fit significantly. We recognize this isn't immediately obvious and are planning to include fitting instructions in the packaging to make this guidance clearer for customers.

The most comfortable shoes I have ever owned
I have two pairs of Sole Bliss shoes. I have arthritis in my toe joints and had thought I would never wear heels again but these are so comfortable I can wear them all evening and no sore feet next day.
I bought some trainers but unfortunately they didn’t fit so well and I had to return them. The lady in customer services was very helpful and the return was speedy. I have already ordered a second pair of loafers.

Buyer beware!
The return policy of these shoes is criminal. You cannot wear the shoes anywhere but on carpet indoors or they will not consider a return. I did just that without issue. But after wearing the shoes for the first time at work both of my heels were literally bleeding within 15 minutes. I reached out to the company right away. It took them three weeks to respond and they refused to offer a refund or any remedy of any kind. I spent $300 on a pair of shoes I cannot wear. This company is horrible. Buyer beware!!!

We take all feedback about fit and comfort seriously, as helping customers find pain-free footwear is at the heart of what we do. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returned shoes which have been worn outside as they are no longer in a resaleable condition.
We appreciate that not all shoes will work for every foot shape, which is why we encourage customers to wear them on carpet extensively over the course of our 30-day returns period to ensure extended wear would still be comfortable.

I cannot believe how comfortable!
I cannot believe how comfortable these shoes are! I've had bad bunions for years now and never been able to find shoes that are comfy and actually look nice as well. In the last few months I've bought some of their of heels, trainers and flats and I absolutely love them. On the pricey side but it's so worth it to find shoes I can feel confident in and enjoy wearing. So glad I've found Sole Bliss!

Worst returns experience of my life
Unfortunately, while they seem to have really cute shoes, their return policy is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. I would highly encourage you do not order from them. I ordered two pairs of shoes, both of which I did try on VERY briefly. One pair I could not even fit on my foot. I returned both but then was told since their were slight marks on the bottoms they would NOT REFUND ME. And I did not wear these shoes at all because like I said they did not fit. So now I'm out $300+ . Absolutely ridiculous policy.

Terrible customer service- do not buy!
Worst customer service - zero help with exchange for shoes that were too wide. With a purely online ordering experience customers may need to exchange or return items for fit, which is made very difficult with the frankly terrible customer service. At this price point it’s not worth getting stuck with shoes that don’t fit or aren’t comfortable. Will absolutely not purchase ever again.

Regular wide
I gave Sole Bliss 5 stars because the shoes are made very well, bunion pads outstanding, returns outstanding, customer service excellent and shipping is the speed of sound,
That being said, unfortunately I tried 3 times on one style, ended up one full size up from my regular size and just could not get them to fit properly, plus I didn't want to wear out my rug going around and around the dining room table. But seriously, i believe they will fit a normal size wide, nothing extra like WW/EE. I appear to be on the wider side of wide and my feet are like thicker so my toes it the top of the toe box.
But I sure did love the feel of the inside of the shoe except my feet did hang over the sole pad.
So ladies, I say go for it if your between a regular and wide and have bunions, great technology with that bunion built in pad. I couldn't even see "the bulge" you all know what I'm talking about!

Delighted but 6 months later & regret spending £189
* Firstly, be aware that Shoe Bliss do not have the option to write a review on their website *
I developed a bunion this year and started to experience severe discomfort when walking. I found Shoe Bliss on a Google search and was super happy to see specialist tech applied to their shoes. Also, really loved that the shoes were pretty.
I bought a pair of trainers from Shoe Bliss in June this year for £189. At the time, the cost seemed to be worth it because I was desperate for shoes that looked good and felt good. They were amazing - no pain when walking and super comfy.
But ... 6 months later the zip doesn't stay up which causes the shoes not to fit properly. The fabric has stretched so much that the shoe no longer looks the same as when new. Consequently, they don't fit properly now.
I am going to try gluing the zip in place with super glue ... but feel very disappointed that only 6 months after spending £189, I'm having to make modifications to correct the fit.
The only thing I can think is to find other shoes to wear to alternate and keep the trainers for special occasions so the wear doesn't show up too soon.
Buy with caution - and remember Shoe Bliss don't like 'honest reviews' on Trustpilot - just the 5 star reviews on their website.

Great customer service
So far customer service has been good I hate exchanging things I ordered the Oprah boots I live in Colorado and I’m over 60 and afraid th fall well they were very big so I got a small discount on a second pair I just were socks with the big ones I haven’t worn sheers yet but I will let u no I just ordered a third pair 👍

TERRIBLE SIZING
I recently bought a pair of Sole bliss heels having read the reviews on their website but if only I had read the reviews on google first. I have normal size 5 feet and can fit most size 5 shoes in any shop. I bought a pair of size 5.5 Paloma suede heels and they are so narrow at the toes that they are ridiculously painful but if I bought them any bigger they'd slip off the back. I had to send them back and get a refund and of course that means they don't ask me to leave a review - hence why there are only amazing reviews on their website!
Be very careful ordering from here as the sizing is definitely very weird as I have quite narrow feet and these were still too narrow for me so a total disaster for anyone with a bunion or wide feet! A great shame as I thought they'd be the answer to my party shoe heel problems, but sadly not.

Excellent customer service
Very comfortable shoes as with previous purchases. Experienced a small problem and rang them. Was dealt with courteously and was sent a returns label. Shoes were inspected, cleaned, sprayed and returned to me a few days later as nothing was found to be amiss. Extremely good customer service and reassuring. Thank you.

Fantastic experience with the customer…
Fantastic experience with the customer service team. When I received my order there was a mark on the toe. I called Sole Bliss, they had actually emailed a couple of days earlier to advise the toe was marked, but I could have a discount if I chose to keep the shoes as this was the last pair in my size in stock. I chose to return the shoes and a refund was promptly issued. When I first saw the mark on the shoe I thought I may have a hard time, how wrong was I !! They were very fair, and easy to deal with. Will 100% recommend - Thank You !!

Buyer beware
If you are thinking of buying Sole Bliss shoes you may want to think again. Sole Bliss trade on the fact that they are producing shoes specifically designed for people with a wide foot or for those with the dreaded bunions. There is a premium charged for the comfort they give you. I bought a pair of shoes in good faith that they would do exactly this. I wore them for my birthday and after 2 hours they started to pinch. By the end of the evening I was in agony and had to remove them. I sent a letter of complaint to Sole Bliss who sent me a £50 voucher. What use is that to me if I am never going to risk buying from their shoes again? I asked for a refund. They refused. I was told I should have worn them at home first. Why? I have never needed to do this with high street shoes. Sole Bliss you have denied me my rights as a customer. Buyer beware.

Great ordering process.
The ordering, delivery and returns process is super easy, quick and convenient. A great experience. However, I found the shoes to be a bit narrow which surprised me since they’re designed specifically for people with bunions. Overall, will continue to order Sole Bliss shoes.
