The only shoes I can wear from day to night, unbelievably comfortable! I bought two pairs and kept my favourite pair. The return and refund process was very easy and straight forward. Great experience, would highly recommend!

Disappointing!
Really disappointed that these shoes do not do what they claim at all. Quality and style lovely but have to be some of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. Trainers I bought far from having more room for bunion rubbed all day also suppose to have a wider toe box to give you more room by toes were quashed and ended up with blisters, so really not worth the money!

Don’t purchase!
After paying over £180 for a pair of drama shoes and worn a handful of times. My foot first went over sideways the first time worn. I put this initially down to myself. However, this occurred again last week where my foot went sideways causing a strain and severe bruising to my foot.
Structure at the heel of the shoe lacks structure. I reached out to make a complaint to customer services and got nowhere other than a £30
voucher against another pair of their shoes! Stating the usual of trying shoes for 30 days and return if not suitable. They also say that other reviews of poor structure on the heels of shoes only relate to ballet pumps. This is clearly a lie as I have found at least 2 others relating to other shoes and one being the Drama style that I purchased. I’m now afraid to wear them as next time, it could incur a break to my foot. Customer services just came out with the usual speel!

Our trainers are fully structured to provide support, however higher platform trainers may not be suitable for everyone, which is why we would recommend trying a lower platform trainer.

What a disappointment!
I read the website thoroughly before committing $300 for a pair of dressy trainers. The site promised comfort and style for my problem feet but the shoes did not work for me. “Feather” was not wide enough and hit my bunion square on. When I phoned customer service seeking guidance on an alternative the agent was perfunctory. I hoped for a conversation—she just read her script. I still need shoes but I’ll look elsewhere.

1st....I normally wear a size 5 to 5.5
1st....I normally wear a size 5 to 5.5, and every 36 I have purchased from Sole Bliss is just too big. 2nd, I have a Morton's Neuroma on both feet and I have found absolutely no comfort with these shoes. The Chloe shoe was just so uncomfortable when I wore them to a wedding, and now I am stuck with them because they were worn for a couple of hours.
I did keep a pair of Miracle sneakers which have unfortunately already worn down after only wearing them a few times. For the cost of these shoes I would expect a better quality shoe.
I was so hopeful these shoes would work for me.

Where has Sole Bliss been all my life
Where has Sole Bliss been all my life! Wore their heels from midday to midnight for my niece’s and it was like wearing slippers. So comfortable! Shipping was fast, next day, perfect. I ordered 2 sizes and sent 1 back. I shall be ordering again. Happy customer!

Too wide for my narrow feet
Unfortunately I had to return the loafers as they were too wide for my narrow feet. Otherwise, they are lovely.

This company only publishes 5 star reviews on their website and doesn't accept unsolicited reviews from purchasers. This means you get a very one-sided view of their products. The trainers I bought were agonisingly painful on my bunion scar (it's not even a bunion any more).

I bought the Genieve shoes from sole…
I bought the Genieve shoes from sole bliss as part of a work uniform due to their background story! The shoes have been walked on a carpeted area but are actually unwalkable on a tiled floor or outside due to how high they are and no flex in the sole! It’s like walking in two bricks!!! When I stated that the shoe was unwalkable all I keep getting is the same email with the same text!! At £200 per pair the customer service is shocking! Anyone else out there bought these shoes and have the same issues????

Both my miracle trainers soles worn out
Unfortunately two pairs of my miracle trainers soles worn out - the outer edge part - in less than a year. I expect more for £179 - £189 trainers! Solebliss, please do something on this. I read numbers of similar feedback. Please learn from your customers feedback. Your miracle trainers are comfortable but really not up for everyday use!

Not wide enough across the toes.
I was so excited to find shoes for wide feet and loved the quality of the Lydia shoes. They felt gorgeous when I tried them on and even though quite expensive I felt that they would be great value for money. However 4 wears in and whilst they are wide enough across the widest part of my foot, the right foot still pinches my toes and they are not wide enough for my feet despite initially feeling good wehn I tried them on. I am left disappointed and won't be ordering a similar style again.
