Bought a pair of shoes from Solrano and the quality is extremely poor — a total waste of money. The material feels completely plastic even though they were advertised as leather. I’ve sent two emails requesting a return but haven’t received any response. Very disappointing experience. I definitely wouldn’t buy from them again.

Never buy these shoes total scam..Quality is the worst ever and they do not respond to return..!

This company is absolutely dishonest and fraudulent. They advertise one product but send cheap knockoffs instead. I received a jacket that was made of completely different material, a different color, and completely different style and tailoring than what was shown on their website.
They pretend to operate from the USA, but then force you to return items to Australia, making returns extremely difficult and expensive.
Do NOT purchase anything from their website. This is an absolute scam! Save your money and buy from legitimate retailers instead.

This is a scam company, ordered what was described as a cashmere knitted jacket, literally arrived rolled into a ball and wrapped in plastic covered with brown tape, inside was a terrible garment, looked like it had been boil washed, no fabric label or tags, tried to return it but they don’t reply, seems like they have a different name every time you go on their website, avoid at all cost!

I ordered a suede jacket as per the ad and it turns out to be a fleece jacket. Lesson learnt dont buy from site not trusted.

The product that they sent was laughable. Extremely low quality. I feel scammed. Do not buy anything from this company.

I purchased a pair of shoes that arrived packaged only in a plastic bag, without a shoe box or case. There was also no information provided about the brand, materials, or product details. The quality is extremely poor, so I requested a return. However, the seller refused to cover the return shipping and instead provided a return address in Australia, even though I am located in the United States. This is unreasonable and unacceptable.

I've never received my item. I tried customer service and it goes to a 1980's answering machine, no response from email and the tracking number does not come up. It is coming supposedly by a Chinese delivery service not USPS whichbi paid extra for priority. If I ever received the item, which I doubt I will, im not expecting it yo be anything like what I ordered.

Never buy any stuff from them as product shown on website are fake and what they deliver is totally different and low quality.
The biggest trap is they never let you return the article and refund your money.They will ask you to ship the article at your own cost and give you all false offers to avoid refund.
My experience with them is worst and suggest everyone to avoid them as they are scammers

This is cheap Chinese imports with awful sizing and customer service. A cheap get rich quick reseller using a shopify store to look good. The shoes came 2 weeks late despite ordering on 3-5 working days, they were 2 sizes to small despite using their own size chart and they are cheap Chinese rubbish. Customer service simply quoted t&c’s and would rot refund as is the right for goods that are incorrect. BEWARE AT ALL COSTS THESE ARE CON MERCHANTS ANDYOU WILL NOT GET QUALITY GOODS.

Big time scam! American quality at its finest...made in China shipped from China. I ordered cashmere sweaters and got polyester and nylon. I only realized these are Chinese products when I noticed the shippment was made by the same carrier as the one from Temu. Could've bought instead directly from Temu and at least I would've got better price and would've known what quality to expect.

I spent $58 on two pairs of sunglasses that I ordered from solrano and i decided to take a chance because they appeared to be designer styles at a much lower cost. I received a tracking number and an email confirmation, but upon checking, I discovered that the tracking was fraudulent (never updated carrier did not exist). After three weeks, the package is still missing. I sent two emails to support, but got no response. The charge appears on my credit card, but I never got anything. Despite its polished appearance, this website is obviously fraudulent. Do not put your money at risk.

I was sent the wrong items in the wrong sizes and was never given a refund or return

I had a very disappointing experience with Solrano due to misleading return policies and poor customer service.
After I requested the return, I was informed that I would need to ship the item internationally at my own cost, which is extremely expensive. This requirement was never clearly disclosed prior to the sale. The company has since updated its website, but I have screenshots and saved copies showing that this information was not present at the time of my purchase.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue reasonably, Solrano refused to provide a prepaid return label or offer a domestic return option. I acted promptly and in good faith from the beginning, and any delay has been entirely due to the company’s refusal to provide a fair return solution.

I believe this business shifts unexpected costs onto customers after purchase and does not handle returns transparently. I would strongly advise do not waste your money on Solrano.

Scam, they make it very hard to return and you have to ship the item at your own cost over seas

In this update to my first post, both cashmere sweaters arrived today, under two weeks. Nice, stylish jerseys. Perfect fit. Wish I could upload the pix. I ordered 1 for myself and 1 for my father as an Xmas gift.
The products are EXACTLY as advertised, identical to the pictures on the site. If the jerseys are not pure cashmere - they certainly look and feel the part, luxuriously soft and fluffy - then this is reflected in the massive discounts.

An excellent site and highly recommended.

The item purchased said the jacket was 100% cashmere. I received a jacket that is 100% polyester. They had me take pictures of the item with the tag which I did and I also sent them the item description from their website. Their reply was they sent the correct item and I would have to pay for shipping to return it since it wasn’t their fault. Don’t buy from this company, you will get scammed and customer service is worthless.
