I know it was a more expensive bed but it helped me get more comfortable at night and sure I'm grateful for that. Chad was ready to go on delivery day and everything was working quickly

We rented a hospital bed for 2 months for out 97 yr old mother. It was delivered on time without any damage to the narrow hallway. As they were delivering the bed Mom fell again and didn't get home till 2 weeks later. Sondercare did not charge us for those 2 weeks. When we returned the bed it was picked up again in less than 24 hours. Seyar was always very helpful and supportive of our needs. Thank you Seyar.

The bed is top of the line. The customer service is amazing. Sayer was our delivery person and he was awesome. I highly recommend!

Yes the bed is expensive but it has amazing features looks like a normal bed which makes my Dad feel good. The bed's positions are extremely helpful given my Dad's mobility issues but he does need assistance to enable those features. The remote is a bit tough to digest for an ailing senior with poor vision but with help, the bed has helped improve my Dad's sleep and level of comfort. The set up service is fantastic - our rep was top notch.

I was extremely pleased with the white gloves delivery of my platinum aura bed. The delivery/setup person (Seyar) was very polite, professional, prompt and knowlegeable. He called to let me know he was on the way and even asked if he could bring me a coffee! I asked lots of questions and he was very patient. I love the bed, very comfortable after first night, hopefully many good sleeps ahead.

Spending $8k online is always a little concerning but Sondercare was excellent! Communication was there every step. We received the bed in 7 days and LOVE it. The contractor who handled setup only gave us 12 hrs notice but we’re quick and efficient during delivery & setup. Even got a follow up call the next day from Customer Service asking how everything went and if all was well with the purchase. Impressive!

Awesome experience

The customer service was amazing! I needed a hospital bed for my father quickly. I left a message and they called me after hours to notify me that a bed was available in my area. They walked me through the order process and I could rest easy knowing the bed would arrive before my father was released from rehab!
