Would not recommend
Shipping was okay and the things I ordered were mostly okay, BUT: on their website they have been advertising "1+1 ends today" for months now, and the stock has always been marked as "low". Also in their refund policy they inform that if you return you pay shipping costs, but what they forget to tell you is that return shipping can cost up to 40$, which is obviously totally unacceptable when the company is selling products that average price is probably around 25$.

Regarding our "1+1" promotion, we aim to offer the best value possible, though we understand how the "ends today" messaging can feel repetitive if the campaign is extended. We are currently reviewing our website's marketing to ensure it feels more transparent for our customers.
As for returns, we do try to be clear that return shipping is at the customer's expense; however, we recognize that international shipping rates, especially for heavy items like ceramics or cutlery and can be very high compared to the item's price. We are actively looking into more affordable local return options to better support our international community.

Commande passée pour 2 assiettes en inox (=45€ quand même), livrée apparement pendant un weekend. Je suis rentrée chez moi et la boîte était vide... J'ai directement fait une réclamation et pendant des mois ils m'ont fait tourner en rond, à me dire que je devais voir avec le transporteur, le transporteur me disait que je devais voir avec eux. Aucune aide, aucun dédommagement, rien. Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande.

Outstanding customer service! I contacted support about an incomplete shipment, and they replied within 30 minutes. The issue was immediately understood and resolved with zero hassle.
