According to publicly available trade data, the company operates from China with sourcing from India, which is not clearly disclosed on the website, despite the brand presenting itself with an Amsterdam based image.

The experience was extremely disappointing. Strongly advise staying away from this brand.

Very slow return process looks like cheap imports

Het zijn Temu of Shein producten die aan 10 keer de prijs worden verkocht. Toen ik dit doorhad liet ik mijn pakket automatisch terugkeren (zonder het op te halen). Ik wacht al 2 maanden op mijn refund maar volgens hun “klantendienst” hebben ze mijn pakket nog steeds niet ontvangen in het depot.. zonder me iets van tracking info te bezorgen. Al 2 maanden zijn er geen updates meer in de tracking.

Koop hier niet!!!

Bestelling ruim op tijd geannuleerd, en bevestigd door de winkel zelf. Maar geen geld terug.

Als ik de andere reviews had gelezen over dat dit ook nog eens dropshipping is en je gewoon in de maling wordt genomen met goedkoop spul, had ik nooit een bestelling geplaatst.

Ik heb vooralsnog mijn geld niet terug en de klantenservice lijkt wel een geautomatiseerde AI want er wordt totaal niet gekeken naar wat je zegt.

Je wordt gewoon opgelicht!

Scam! Great marketing but poor quality

It is only about great design and marketing on IG. The quality of the items is poor, shipment slow and not sustainable (they have sent the same order in two different moments on two different planes), and customer service even worse … slow responses and now that I have requested to return the items and to have a full refund, they have disappeared.

The trays were scratched all along the borders and the coupes bended (I mean for stainless still to bend… I let you imagine the quality).

I purchased 24 October. Slow delivery.
Terrible quality. Sharp edges on the cutlery. Bowls and plates mark from food and water. I’ve had a terrible customer service experience going around in circles with several different people for over a month now, with all of them asking me to send photos despite me having sent them photos three times. Each new customer service person starts with no past history/emails/photos.

At this point I’m starting to think I’ll never get the refund I’m entitled to.

Great marketing for a cheaply manufactured product.

Pretty much feels like a scam now.

Don’t Shop Here

Ordered 4 items (2 Shiloh Plates, 2 Pasta Bowls) in their BOGO promo—confirmation showed all 4. Received only 3 despite full payment.
Support claims “warehouse weight checks out,” denying it. Lightweight items make weight unreliable; it’s their controlled data anyway.
97K IG followers, “as seen in British Vogue, Cosmopolitan”—yet they gaslight customers.
Don’t shop here. Completely lost trust. Keep records, escalate if needed.

Please don’t order from them

Please don’t order from them. The quality of the products is horrible. Everything feels cheap. Full of small dents and scratches. They refuse to process a refund while still within a week of arrival. Way too expensive for cheap “metal”.

Incomplete order

I ordered a few items from SOOS Atelier. Unfortunately, they arrived very late and incomplete. When I complained about the missing items in the delivery, the company told me that they would check the order internally again. Unfortunately, I had to follow up again to find out what the current status was. I had the feeling that they were avoiding the situation and simply not communicating any further. After inquiring again, I was told that the delivery should have been complete. However, since the product I complained about was not in the package and the company apparently made no effort to remedy this deficiency on their part, the company leaves a very bad impression. I would not order from them again, as I have never experienced anything like this before. Ultimately, it is “only” about chopsticks worth €10. However, the way the issue was handled and the resolution of the problem is more significant. Stay away!

replacement shipment

Excellent customer service! Fast and on point!

In December, I purchased several items from the online shop. Unfortunately some of the spoons appeared unevenly manufactured and showed signs of oxidation. The customer service replied super quick and there was no problem with understanding, assistance and a replacement shipment. Thank you!

disappointing

I placed an order with the retailer in November 2025 and never received it.
I have been waiting for a refund for weeks and customer service keeps putting me off. They are unable to give me a refund date. It is now January and I still have not received my refund. I am very disappointed and will not be placing any more orders with this retailer.

I did something wrong with my order so…

I did something wrong with my order so I only got 1 plate instead of 2 (1+1 action) so I sended them an email and they sended the second plate for free. Very happy about the costumers service!

Poor quality and v difficult return

I ordered 4 Shiloh pasta bowls, and when they arrived the items were pathetically low quality, so I wanted to send them back

I wish I had read trust pilot before ordering as other people have made similar observations about the poor quality of the actual products.

The return process is a real hassle, you have to upload photos and then pay the return shipping and they take the money but don’t even give you the return shipping label… so you have to chase and chase to get the label to be able to actually send the items back

Once they receive the items they don’t process the refund and again you have to chase and they continue making delaying excuses…

I then initiated a chargeback dispute through American Express as they were not processing the refund.

They eventually processed only a partial refund and so I've pointed them to the legislation that requires they also refund the outward shipping (I have paid for the return shipping) and now again i am waiting....

Avoid ordering from here: low quality and returning is a real pain.

Je wordt opgelicht met SHEIN/TEMU…

Je wordt opgelicht met SHEIN/TEMU producten. Ik heb glazen besteld voor €40,- per stuk, ik heb dezelfde via SHEIN besteld voor €4,- en ze zijn IDENTIEK. De verzending van SHEIN was tevens nog sneller dan bij dit neppe atelier!! Ik voel me enorm opgelicht.
