If I could give no stars, I would! ordered two pairs of shoes in December. One pair arrived and I am pleased with those but I have not received the other pair. I have emailed about a dozen times had a reply twice saying they would look into it but nothing else. They have almost £50 of my money and I either want a refund or the shoes. Don't touch this company with a barge pole!

You are not listening or reading my emails. The shoes I received were not comfortable as you promised they would be in your constant adverts & when I asked to return them you never even replied. I have lost money I really cannot afford so am pretty disgusted with your service, now leave me alone

Never got refunded for shoes although email from Ishaq promised me £53.47 no return label I sent numerous emails requesting them, was instructed to keep the shoes though they did not fit me and a refund would follow ihave still retained the email sent from Ishaq (no need to return them then we will issue refund ) I wo uld not recommend using this company. Sent a copy to trading standards.

Shoes are fine but...

I dont understand how this is sent to me about a store that has not been contactable for weeks. If you click on their weblink it says store currently unavailable
However until they went belly up they were rwsponsive and the product is fine.

I have unfinished business with them so if anyone knows how to be in touch with them please let on.

Shoes were too small so after waiting for a promised returns label for over two weeks, lost patience and returned them “Signed for”. Emailed a contact called Ishaq requesting refund who said he would arrange. Six weeks on, still waiting for refund of over £50, no response from recent emails. Contacting Trading Standards is the next step !

Quick and easy to do

Wrong size shoes were sent-Company contacted and right size (7) were promised. I am still waiting for the replacement shoes!!!
Original order placed well over two months ago!!

Goods eventually arrived on Friday 13th December.
after help from Ishaq. so many thanks for your help.

Very pleased with the shoes,in fact I would like a pair in black .The only bad thing I would say about them is I think the sticky bit for the sides could do with ABIT longer to stop the bit at the end from sticking out when on.

Well the order was quick to go through but I've heard nothing since so you're asking me to rate something that hadn't arrived yet and I've had no notification that it gas been dispatched. I've never ordered with you before so now I'm worried if it is a scam as donrone suggested against your ad.
