I placed an order but was unaware the size I needed for my sofa as compared to the cushion sizes/fit available. Placed a call and spoke with a very helpful and much appreciated Customer Support rep. We figured out together the replacement pieces needed to complete the two sets I needed, so I can quickly switch them out while the other is in the washer! She gave me step by step instructions to send back the wrong pieces and obtain a refund for the excess paid, above the cost of the replacement pieces I ordered through her. I sent back what I didn’t need and received my refund for the overpayment, in a timely manner! To that point I was extremely happy with this company, quality of covers and customer service!

Since that day the only thing I received is emails to purchase more products or to give an honest review. I’ve tried to call re: Order #143113 placed Oct 6, 2025 but somehow they are never available to answer the phone, no matter the day or time. I was holding off on a review because I wanted to give this company 5 stars, but they have yet to send my replacement covers ordered that day by phone and they still have my money for that order. It’s been weeks!

So my frustration got me a few days ago. I decided to give a 2 star review. The instant I tapped the 2 stars on my phone the site wouldn’t allow the review, instead they threw another page at me saying to contact Customer Service and provided a phone number and email, to start this whole process over again rather than addressing the problem. They have shown me no attempt to resolve this matter. All I want is my replacement order and I will still welcome a call from them with an update.

The sad thing is, I recently bought two recliners I wanted covered as well, that’s not going to happen unless this is resolved. I had 2-3 friends who were going to order after seeing my original order, and they too were impressed with the customer service I received initially.
You’re a furniture cover company, you have one job…..

The covers fit great. The fasteners are ok, but I have wood to attach the fasteners, which won't penatrate.

Seat cushion covers fit well and stay on.

the product is beautiful i got 2 colors and love them both. having 2 dogs whom the couch is their bed these covers are perfect no snags wash up beautifully. my only complaint is they do run a little large but thats better then too small. very happy with your company thank you

A great product. Sadly could not use it on my sectional as my pillows were not loose but attached.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with. I have been waiting since Oct 7th for my full refund on my order i canceled. It had to be canceled because the system they use can not remove items from a order already placed. The items that had to be removed was there mistake trying to send double of everything. Its been canceled and every team member has given me the run around. The phone # they have listed says they don't answer call they just respond by email!! This place is horrible I don't advise anyone to buy from them. Im still waiting for my refund and its Oct 25th. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!

I ordered covers for my sectional wasn’t expecting too much but what I received was great. They were two pillows short. I made a call took a picture and received the missing pieces in about a week. I have two dogs which are very happy. I’m going to order another set.😊

30 day return policy is a joke. Good luck getting anyone to respond to you in order to complete a return. I was emailing with customer service about a return until I submitted all the information they requested then they quit responding.

Product ( couch covers fit perfectly and really help with my dog. I recommend them to anybody wanting to preserve your furniture

They are quite soft, easy to put over your sofa cushions and look good. I have a large dog and a small dog, the large dog was getting her nails snagged in our sofa, but that doesn't happen with these covers. I've washed and dried them twice and they still look new and soft.

Photos are true to color. Easy order process. Quick shipping. The only complaint I have is one of the covers is a little too small for my ottoman and a little too big for my chaise lounger.
They repel the hair from my German shepherds and withstand all the mud & dirt that is tracked in from our property. They're easy to clean and stay put on my cushions well. It works so much better than the sheets I was using to try and save my couch

I received the order and they did not fit the whole return process is a nightmare you have to email to request a return then your prompted for an exchange and to send measurements and then to get that exchange and refund for additional items that did not fit you have to submit a list of six things I will never order from this company again

I ordered 3 cushion covers for my chairs that my dog climbs on and always leaves dirty feet print. The covers came yesterday and I put them on the chairs. they look so great and I am excited that I bought them. Before I checked out they offered an extra 65% off if I ordered more however; I did not do that in case I did not like them and was stuck with something I was unhappy with. I do want to say that if you are considering purchasing these the 65% is well worth the extra covers, you will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love those couch covers. With 3rd order had problem, order didn’t arrive. Chelsea from customer support was amazing in making sure I would receive my order. I received my covers , they are amazing as expected. Thank you very much for the great product and service Soothing Home
