Ordered my covers on November 1st. I emailed them weeks later they told me the items were out of stock! They said they it woild be 15 to 20 days when they got more in. It's been over a month.

I wish I had read these more recent reviews about poor communication and not receiving the product. The same has happened to me - ordered (and paid) for couch covers on November 26th, and have left a voice mail and two e-mails stating I want to hear from someone or have my money refunded - nothing. Next, I will leave a review on Facebook where they advertise heavily - prospective customers should be made aware of this...

Ordered products over two months ago. Was told after numerous emails (they don't answer their phones) that I would received them in 10-15 days which was over 2 weeks ago. Have demanded a refund, but I'm not holding my breath.

I ordered November 12. It is December 28.
I have not received any communication,
No refund.
Highly dissatisfied.

I placed an order November 29/25 They received my payment I still have not received my order. I wrote to their customer service department with NO reply. They do not answer their phone. I have ordered in the past ( 1 year ago & no problem). I would appreciate an update.

After 4 emails and a call that said to correspond through email, nothing. Crickets! I will contact my credit cars and have the charges reversed. Too bad, because it is a good product; but a shady business.

I placed an order for these back on October 8th and have yet to receive anything. When attempting to repeatedly contact customer service, I receive clearly AI replies and platitudes and offers to refund my money. Even when specifically asking for a projected fulfillment date, the question is avoided and they just ask - complete with obvious AI hyphens - whether or not I'm willing to "wait a bit longer" without offering any guidance on how long that will be. It's been more than two months and I couldn't be more frustrated.

I never received my order, I keep calling, nobody ever answers, I have sent several emails and still no answer! I think this company is a scam and took my money without giving me the product and now I have tried several times to reach them with no answer

Debited my account on November 10 for 323.80 and have not received couch covers I ordered. No updates from them and they don't return phone calls. I'm 78!years old and on a fixed income. This order was Christmas gifts for my family.

I haven't received my covers yet. I received an email saying " it's almost there" . But no product.

I love the feel and the quality of the product, but it did not stay on my couch. My couch does not have removable cushions so it couldn't attach itself.

Very good product and seems to be standing up well.

It’s been 28 days and my order has not been shipped. Emails have gone unanswered and when they do respond, days later, it’s just excuses and promises but still no product. Very poor customer service and communication. Can’t. Speak to the product because I’ve yet to see it!

Love the covers for my leather sofa. Very easy to put on and the fit is great.

I am elderly and move slowly. I found the covers easy to put on the cushions without a struggle. They fit and look great.

From the moment I put these covers on my furniture, I was pleasantly surprised and fully satisfied. It took some figuring out what sizes to get because my couches are odd sizes. But they look so neat and are nearly invisible as the beige matches my couches perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Easy to put on, fit well and color is what I thought it would be.

Purchased $200+ sofa covers on 10/1/25; subsequently received a fake tracking number and then was falsely told my covers were delivered. I have reached out to customer support repeatedly only to be told that my order had been moved to the front of the line. False again. They send me emails then refuse to respond when I answer them. This company is a scam. Do NOT send them money

I have been waiting for $400 worth of product from this company I have sent several emails and although they do reply they will not send the product it has been 3 months now and I am very disappointed.
