After a slow start, while we were waiting for our valuation and application to be approved, it was difficult to get updates. Phone calls often went unanswered, and we were not given any approximate timescales, which made the process frustrating. From the point of applying to staircase to receiving approval, the process took over two months. We understand that these things can take time, but some communication to keep us informed would have been appreciated.

That said, our experience improved significantly once the case was passed to our Aftersales Consultant, Sylvana. Aside from some delays caused by difficulties contacting third parties, the remainder of the process ran much more smoothly.

Sylvana's communication was prompt, informative, and reassuring throughout. She kept us updated on progress and was always helpful when answering questions, which made the process far easier to navigate.

We hope this feedback is shared with the initial team so that improvements can be made for future customers. Hopefully, the lessons learned during our experience will help make the staircasing process smoother for our neighbours should they choose to staircase in the future.

For a first time buyer, this genuinely could be the most stressful process anyone could have to try and secure themselves. Didn’t have any stress with SoResi.

Gordon Mak has been an absolute rock from the start, very informative and willing to answer questions in depth so it all makes sense. He went above and beyond sharing as much info on my new place which he didn’t have to do but I really appreciate his proactivity (and that he was able to catch up with how efficient I was going!)

Heidi from progression kept me very much in the know. Despite the solicitors taking their time she was empathetic as possible and understood I was only able to do so much to get things going.

Truthfully saying, not everything will be smooth sailing when buying, things will happen and every scenario is different but I appreciate how SoResi handled everything. Kudos to their team!

I went to the property for a viewing, and it was hosted by a three-party service provider (Viewber). The guy showed up with zero information about the property, and he DIDN'T have the key to the flat! I stayed there with him for ONE HOUR and tried to find the keysafe as instructed from his email. He said he could only reach voicemails so he could not verify whether the information he got was correct.

Meanwhile, I tried to solve the problem on my own by calling SO Resi, three times across this one hour. They told me the lady that was on call was not reachable, and all they can do was to send an urgent request. No one called me back ever since that day.

It is extremely unprofessional to stand the buyer up when the viewing has been confirmed.

My experience with SO Resi from start to finish was very positive. The staff was very friendly, professional and very helpful. My journey with SO Resi Huntingdon started with Francesca who was always happy to assist and answer all my questions which made everything much easier for me. She latter handed over to Anna who helped me through the final process of entering my new home. She too was very professional, approachable and always willing to help. The development is beautiful, modern and very well designed.

Navigating shared ownership can be daunting, but working with Temel made the entire experience seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. From our very first enquiry right through to the issuing of the Memorandum of Sale (MOS) and our handover to the progression team, his professionalism was second to none.

Daljit went above and beyond to try and get the second sale over the line. Despite mine and Daljit's relentless best efforts the outcome we had hoped for didn't materialise, resulting in a 2nd sale collapse.
The 5 star rating solely goes to Daljit Soul (the rating does not extend to anyone else at SoResi).
Without Daljit, I think I would have lost the will to live with trying to sell my property with SoResi.

Selling my property with So Resi felt like a lengthy process at times, largely due to the buyer changing both lender and conveyancing firm, which unfortunately caused significant delays.

That said, I would like to say a huge thank you to Katie May, who took over the sale partway through. She was professional, efficient, and kept us well informed throughout. Katie showed great tenacity in driving all parties involved and worked hard to keep the sale progressing.

We are very grateful for her support and commitment and truly appreciate everything she did to help get the sale over the line.

Katie came into the process halfway through the sale of my flat and were incredibly efficient and professional from the get go. Katie quickly got up to speed with everything and took a proactive approach to making sure the sale continued to move forward smoothly.

Just wanted to take the time to appreciate Lakeeba and Daljit for having been my point of contact in So Resi. Buying a shared ownership is new thing for us and there's a lot to be careful of.
These two officials in the different stages of the process proved to be professional, persistent and knowledgeable. We have now completed and have moved in, it would have been difficult without the expert help.

My experience so far within the process of purchasing a property with SoResi has been a very good one. I have had outstanding support from Lubna Suarez from the offset right up until the property being under offer. Lubna was great in being able to support me with a fact finding process in the process for the property being successfully allocated to me in a time when I thought I had lost out. Lubna did everything she could to support me and was rooting for me every step of the way. The first few times viewing the property with friendly sales consultant Ms. Vanessa A. were fantastic. She always answered our questions clearly and made us feel very welcome. Progression Consultant, Ms. Heidi was amazing throughout the entire process. She kept us updated on every step and quickly answered all our questions. Buying a property is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you can do, but my experience with SO Resi was genuinely the opposite.

A huge part of that was down to Vanessa and Heidi. From the beginning, they were incredibly responsive, patient and supportive. Whenever I had a question or something needed moving forward, I never felt like I was just another case sitting in someone's inbox. They genuinely cared about the process and did everything they could to keep things moving.

What I appreciated most was how accessible they were. There were inevitably moments where I needed clarification or reassurance, and I could always count on getting a quick and helpful response. That made a massive difference and took so much of the stress out of buying the property.

The whole process ended up being far smoother and quicker than I had expected, and I’m genuinely grateful for how much care Vanessa and Heidi put into helping me get to the finish line.

With So Resi Angela and Andrea the sales team at Finchampstead were very helpful in providing information.
They were warm, kind, informative and professional.
There is still further information I would like about the housing and site but this is not available as yet.
